My windows 10 was freezing on start up, so I went to Experimax to see what they could do to fix this problem, and Edgard ended up solving my issue by reinstalling a fresh windows 10 pro. This solved my freeze at startup. Thanks a lot to Edgard for taking care of my problem. I definitely recommend this place to anyone having any pc issues.

Edgar came out at 3:00pm today and corrected many issues I had on my computer. One was no sound and it was discovered the speakers were no longer working. My son brought over new ones and Edgar connected it all to my system. Great sound. Computer working better than ever. Edgar was focused at all times on what he was doing and did a fantastic job. Would definitely call Experimax again! :-)

The team is well versed in both Apple products and Microsoft products. IN addition they have been supporting my network, firewall, devices and even my audio system. The turnaround on work is always prompt and the help desk is always available. I highly recommend Experimax in Glen Ellyn.

Dropped off my Macbook Air with Edgar for a weird issue I was having. I thought some hardware had to be replaced, but Edgar immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it without replacing anything. He was quick, honest, and friendly. I will continue to come back, and recommend him to everyone!
