My father-in-laws was a near victim of a telephone scam and they locked his computer when he figured it out. TMC2 fixed it promptly and confirmed no other malware was there. TMC2 has bailed us out of other computer issues and we cant say enough about their competence and knowledge of computers.

I needed a new battery for a 5-year old MacBook Air, and TMC2 did a great job. They saved me hundreds of dollars as now I do not need to buy a new laptop, and the service I received from Jake and the entire team was professional and outstanding overall!

Saved. Upgraded. Responsive. I dropped-off my MacBook PRO for Sue and her Team to resolve software issues. Withinn an hour she identified a battery problem that required shipping the laptop to Apples Service Center for warrenty work. Upon return, Jake followed-up with a thorough check-up and system upgrade within 24-hours. While my office is downtown, Martins Compyter Consulting will be my primary resource to support my network.

I knew I would have to get a new computer and was approaching the idea with complete dread. A friend recommended I contact TMC2 which I did.Sue provided me with a guide sheet (computers to consider, memory, etc) land general information which was useful as I looked at new computers. Ultimately I purchased an all in one.Once I had the new computer I took it (still in box) and my laptop to their facility. There I met Jake who was great- he assured me that all would be well, explained things, and said that if any questions he would call. There were and he did. The best part however, is that he came to the house and walked me through everything; helped me learn a few things, and was generally wonderful to work with. A quality shop run by a warm family

Excellent Service by friendly people. Very knowledgeable about all products and the price is better than others I have worked with. They were able to install an SSD in my iMac that would have cost me $350 more had I brought it to another provider.

Ive used TMC2 several times for my laptops and have always been extremely happy with the results. The work is done quickly at a reasonable price and they always make sure to call and explain what they are going to before they do the actual work so there are no surprises.

I purchased a new computer and took it to TMC2 to get it set up. They did an excellent job setting it up and also installed a solid state hard drive per my request. Fast, reliable, professional, and reasonably prices set up. Months later, some of my apps were hacked and I was unable to access them. I took it to TMC2 to see if they could fix it. They again did a tremendous job of getting to the bottom of the issues, fixed them, and recommended I change my passwords, which I did. Again, my computer and apps work flawlessly. Their patience and professionalizm results in my recommendation, and I will continue to use their services when needed.

Completely trash!! The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She just hung up on me for no reason at all and Im so glad I didnt give them my business. IF YOU CANT HANDLE PEOPLE WELL, I CERTAINLY DONT TRUST YOU TO HANDLE MY IT NEEDS...moving on

I am the bookkeeper and payroll manager for local business. We have been in business for over 45 years. Recently we took a hit to our business when our network computer crashed and we were without the use of our computers in all four of our locations AND we found out that our back up system was not working.
