Were very pleased with Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning. Recently, both the upstairs and main units stopped working. Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning came out quickly, identified the solution required an electrician, and helped us get to the right electrician. The electrician replace the exterior disconnect box and breakers to get the upstairs A/C working., but the main A/C still would not work. Came back the next day and got the main A/C unit working again. We highly recommend them!

Fred was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable but mostly honest! I felt like I’m treated with respect and he explained everything I would understand! He even offered tips for maintenance and let me know about their 4 different programs that I will definitely sign up for. And the good news is my AC is in good shape and I do not need new unit! I will definitely call Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning in the future if needed.

I am always so impressed with the service I get from Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning ! Our technician is prompt, courteous, and they are always on top of things. Today they came and noticed that my meters in the house were 20 years old and replaced them at no charge! I was very happy with the work performed by Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning techs. They called ahead of time with an ETA, showed up on time, laid down protective floor runners to cover the entire path down the hallways and up the stairs, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and then cleaned up every trace of their having been there. Before they left, Eric showed me the work performed, explained everything, and asked if I had any questions. All of the details for the new AC installed were disclosed. A satisfied customer!

Bob was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit to our house. He listened carefully to my complaint and then proceeded to check the furnace and blower while explaining what he was doing and how it would fix the problem. He was able to fix the problem completely in 30minutes! Job well done!

Great service. Our furnace has been breaking down now and then and our current service provider is unable to stabilize it. We have now contracted the services of Duffys Heating & Air Conditioning who responds right away and the technicians are able to make adjustments to ensure that we get the heat back and in a stabilized manner.
