They have always been honest and responsive. They installed our new high efficiency furnace & water heater. They have taken care of things for us for long time and I have always been very happy with their service.

Dave took my call first thing in the morning and sent out two guys in the afternoon (the same day). They were polite, courteous, very professional, and honest. They were informative, helpful, and incredibly decent people. They did great work and fixed my problem with such efficiency. We look forward to utilizing their services in the future! So grateful our neighbor had provided the recommendation.

Actions technician arrived within the estimated time. The office called to inform me that the call before us required repair so he would be delayed. He serviced each of the 5 AC room heads and then serviced the condenser unit in the yard. He reported that our system is working perfectly. They will be back in the fall to check our boiler and furnace. Action installed our Mitsubishi AC system and we have always found their technicians personable and reliable.

Mark, Scott and Alex were amazing, patient and explained everything so thoroughly. Very responsive and great professionals. We had to call at 4:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning because our furnace died and they were able to install a new one same day. They truly saved the day as the temps were sub zero (as a high). We won’t be calling any other company going forward!

Employee ripped across west chicago Menards parking lot through 5 or 6 parking rows doing at least 50 miles an hour. Almost hit myself and my elderly father.

I was having strange issues with my AC unit. Called Action at 9am, their tech, Alex, was out to my house in Wheaton by 1pm. He was friendly and able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He took care of another issue with my second thermostat as well to prevent future issues. I plan to use them again for annual system maintenance and would highly recommend them to others. Great job by Alex and Action Heating & Cooling!

I hired this company to repair an ac unit that wasnt de-humidifying properly.The technician showed up on time and was very polite. I told him the problem and he performed service. He inspected the furnace coils, added coolant to the compressor but couldnt say that what he did would correct the problem.It didnt. Ive been monitoring the humidity levels since he left and the lowest theyve been is 58%. Still no condensation moisture going down the drain. Ive spent over three hundred bucks for two pounds of coolant and an ac unit that still doesnt de-humidify.

Very thorough! He spent time on both inside and outside equipment even crawling into tight spot on a hot day. He informed me of how old the outside equipment was and considering age of it was working better than expected but to be ready for having to replace sometime in the future. Very knowledgeable!

My wife and I had been using 3 AC units, taking them in and out of windows of our 1911 2-story Craftsman home. We had earlier received a proposal for a mini-duct system from another contractor but we hated the idea of air handlers and metal ducts in the attic as well as in the basement and the running of flex ducts all throughout the house. Last fall our neighbors were very excited to show us their recently installed Mitsubishi mini-split system by Action Heat and AC. They wanted to show us the wall units and demonstrated how quiet they were even at the highest setting - nothing like our noisy window units - and these units even offered supplemental heat.We contacted Action and they came out to our house. We thought that the proposed plan was feasible and their proposal fair. We found Actions technicians skilled, neat and very accommodating. We appreciated that they went the extra mile to respect the character of our vintage home. The outside lines are hidden within color-matched channels and they kept the necessary openings in the interior walls to a minimum. These I patched and plastered with no trouble. The technicians neatly bundled the lines converging in the basement and positioned the condenser unit in an unobtrusive spot next to the house. All done in 4 days. We are very pleased and looking forward to some additional heat this winter and cool comfort next summer.

Action technicians do a great job of diagnosing and resolving problems with my furnaces and boiler. They also do great annual maintenance to keep things running as they should, finding issues before they become a breakdown. That is very important, especially when winter weather comes early!

Action provided me with a new hot water heater the same day I called, in spite of the challenge of finding the right size to fit my space. The installers were friendly, courteous, and very clean. When they finished, you could not tell they had even been there. I am very happy with their service.

Great service. I received an email prior to the scheduled appointment letting me know the tech was on his way . The tech arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. I didnt have to wait for them to show up. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner. The techs were courteous and took extra precautions to protect the floor where they were walking and working. Very impressive. Pricing was very reasonable.

They take great care of my systems a d it is so great to talk with whoever answers the phone or comes to work on my place. Yesterday Kevin came as scheduled, installed a new pipe on my furnace. Well, they just gave us bad news: we need a new air-conditioner, although it is the original from 1985 and these folks have kept it going for years. They could have told us we needed to replace it years ago (like another company did) but, instead, told us that in spite of being old, it was running fine...until now. We like their service which is honest, punctual and fairly priced. If they are running late, we always receive a telephone call giving us a new ETA. We highly recommend this company.

Scheduled appointment, they texted on way 1.5 hours late and then showed up rang door bell but immediately left. We took day off to be home to meet them and were home but he did not wait for anyone to answer door. When we called cell phone for repair man the cell phone was not working for them. If you want to take a day off and spent time waiting this is the repair service for you, if not I suggest going somewhere else
