Took my wife to do her nails nails for her birthday however yes the place was clean surrounding was very nice staff was friendly some of them the owner was not nice at all within 2 days her nail start chipping cracking lifting she asked for dipping powder the owner started to tell her the color that she choose if she know it wasnt bright of course she know it wasnt bright thats what she chose however after spending $100 worst service ever,& worst place to go get your nails done the nails they do there does not last more than a day or maybe less. I wouldnt advise anyone goingto do your nails, at this salon unless you want to throw away your money like I did shout out to Jenny and Michelle they were nice the owner she should close shop and go learn how to interact with people before going into business

Worst place, will not come back VERY RUDE!- my sisters and I received a giftcard 2/3 of them worked, they used theirs. mine was ringing up no money so i paid and she said bring back receipt next time- i dug through garbage went back to get nails done after finding it and showed them and she tried telling me i am lying like I STOLE IT! my sister in law wasted a lot of money and they wouldnt even comp mine, which it was not my fault they didnt set mine up right. I am done ever going here reasons why i only go to Sophias in GC so nice and they would take responsibility!

My nails lifted and broke within 2-3 days. I would have asked for them to be fixed but didn’t want to risk it again.

Didn’t realize that powder manicure is not really a “thing” in this salon, they do it but obviously are not experienced. I asked for white powder and the end effect is ... not white but more of a neutral “color”. She also only put two layers of powder without any top coat or nothing. I’ve done powder for years (I moved so unfortunately can’t do at my usual place) and I know how it’s done correctly. The same same powder on the nails started cracking and two nails got more of a yellow tone. The worst manicure I ever got. I hope I’ll find a better place soon ...

Went for a walk in pedicure. Peter did an amazing job. So professional and clean, wasn’t worried about sanitation at all. Perfect pick me up on a lazy Sunday afternoon! So polite and nice too!

This place is amazing! I have lived in the area all of my life, but this is my first time here. Everyone was so nice and the place is very large and SPOTLESS which is important nowadays. There was someone constantly walking around cleaning, they checked my temperature, and required me to wash my hands. Angie did a great job! I was nervous about coming out for something like a mani/pedi, but Angie who was doing my nails told me that the employees also get covid testing twice per week which put me at ease.

Just got my nails done at this salon. They did a horrible job! My nails now are not all the same length, one of them is crooked and some corners are square, while some are way too rounded. I was unhappy and they didn’t really listen. Not comig back there! 😡
