Yesterday I went for a pedicure spa & powder gel, they charged me $5 extra to remove the acrylic from my nails, which takes the same procedure as removing the podwer gel. I had previously gone and paid $2 for each design nail, this time they charged me an extra $15 for 4 fingernails (just glitter), and $8 for 2 toenails (desing), an extra $5 for 2 extensions on 2 fingernails that had been broken. I have visited this nail salon about 4 or 5 times, and only once has it met all my expectations and workers do not treat all customers equally, I am not a fussy or complaining person.Most of the time I have been satisfied with the result, but this time it felt too expensive for such a simple design.

There are many nail salons to choose from in this area, but the one thing that keeps me loyal to Black Diamond are the nail technicians. They are so kind, sweet, caring, accommodating and make me feel comfortable. It truly is a friendly town nail salon where I can talk to my nail tech, and the woman sitting next to me, laugh and smile and enjoy my hour of “girl time.”They have made every effort to keep themselves and thier customers safe through the pandemic. Every technicians wears masks and face shields. They enforce a mask before entering policy as well. There are partitions between each table. They have hand sanitizers at every table, and they wipe down the tables before and after. I’ve been told they also get themselves tested every 2 weeks. They run a very smooth appointment only schedule insuring that no more than 10 are in the salon at one time. They sometimes also open the back door and front door for cross air ventilation which is a major plus.On top of all the safety measures... what can’t be beat is the price for high quality skillmanship. They are very talented nail artists. I am able to show them a picture of nail art I find on Instagram, Pinterest and they perfect it.I have been coming to Black Diamond nail salon every 2-3 weeks for the past 5 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. No one can shape my nails to perfection the way Amber and Lynn do. The photos speak for itself.

My cousin and classmates all made manicures with black diamond nails. They strongly recommend me to try it. I have made it here many times and I really like the powder they made for me. And the design painted for me is the same as the picture I saw for them. I am very satisfied. I have tried many nail shops, but I think the one made here is the best, and I will continue to come back to do my nails.

I have been going here for 2 years now since I moved to the area. Moving to a new area I was wondering if I would find another great nail salon and I did! I recommend this place. All the staff is friendly and helpful and I have no trouble finding an appointment time that works. They have always been clean and since the pandemic they have put all necessary requirements in place plus even more for enhanced cleanliness.

I have been here for black diamond nails for more than two years. The girls here are very friendly and their service is very good. Their nails are beautiful in shape, and I can keep them for two to three weeks every time. The environment in their shop is also very clean, and all tools are disposable. When it is used for me, I feel relieved. I highly recommend everyone to try this shop！！

Today my grandma came to Black Diamond Nail for the first time. I am very grateful to them. They are very sweet. My grandma made gel nails. Her English is not very good, and their staff explained to her patiently. Later they found a client who could speak Spanish to translate for my grandma. After everything was over, I called my grandma a car. They also helped my grandma to get into the car. Grandma told me when she got home that she liked it very much and said that she would come back with black diamond nails next time.

The staff is very nice, patient and knowledgeable! They are honest and helpfulThe are also clean and accommodating. They represent quality nail care!

1st pedi in months! Really appreciate that the front & back doors are open for ventilation. I got a great, fast pedi! But maybe a 30 sec shoulder massage lol Maybe because they squeezed me in at the last minute. There are plastic clear sheets that hang down at the mani stations to separate folks.

I went to Black Diamond On December 23 In the evening for my appointment. The customer service is always 5 stars and the salon is always neat and clean. I have been a customer for sometime now. I truly appreciate the safety precautions the employee’s take to ensure they keep all their customers stay healthy and safe. Disregard any negative reviews posted about the salon. Because I was there and no one is sick.

Love this salon! Super clean, friendly, and fairly priced. They are thorough in answering any questions you may have about a design and are pretty quick with the work. I’ve only had positive experiences here for the past year. Highly recommend it!！

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!! I highly recommend getting and service done here!! They are so clean, especially with all the Covid stuff going on. They always sanitize things in between customers and use of tools. I seriously recommend coming here. I feel safe and clean when I come!

Although the nail service is very good, all of the employees seem to be coughing non-stop and sick which is very unfortunate at this time where we are in a worldwide pandemic and employees are not staying home when they are clearly very sick. Being sick and around customers the day before christmas eve is extremely selfish. Aside from this, the place is also not clean.

My mother and I have been long time repeat customers of Black Diamond Nail and Spa (ever since they opened) because the prices were right. I had the worst experience there today. I showed up about 10 mins late for my appointment, which I understand is problematic during COVID times, and upon my arrival, I was immediately yelled at by the owner, even though we had spoken on the phone that I would be there shortly. I had explained that I had a patient emergency call just before my appointment and apologized profusely for being late, and in a rude, raised tone, the owner’s response was “I don’t care. It doesn’t matter. You can’t be late for your appointment. It’s not allowed to happen again!” I was shocked at this response as if a nail appointment takes precedent over an emergency. This could’ve been handled in a professional manner explaining their late policy. Instead, I was met with a raised voice and reprimand in an extremely disrespectful manner. I had a manicure and pedicure scheduled, but since I was 10 mins late, I offered to forgo my pedicure. I received no response besides the employees talking amongst themselves, and did not get my scheduled pedicure. Nothing was ever said to me about this. I was just ignored. My manicure nails were done unevenly (the worst I’ve ever experienced at this salon because of employee pettiness.) I am so disappointed in Black Diamond Nail and Spa. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless you’re looking to be yelled at in an underwhelming and untidy establishment who will seat someone directly next to you with no barrier during a global pandemic. 0/10 review for Black Diamond Nail and Spa. So sad to see this when I always love to support local businesses. Respect for customers goes a long way, none of which can be found at this salon.

Great service. Some of the customers there are real jerks. But here’s a tip (get it?) be nice and people will be nice back to you! Never had an issue with them, and I love my purdy hands and toes :)

I love going here. They remember exactly the nail shape I want and dont argue it with me. They warn me about past complaints they had for certain shades which i find honorable. They could easily just do it and let me find out myself and be unhappy. Theyre work is always spot on and I get numerous compliments when I have a new color. They do great work and dont rush it like other salons Ive been to, they truly want you to leave happy.

Best place I’ve ever had my nails done, and I’m originally from jersey/ work in Manhattan, so I’ve tried my fair share of nail salons/nail techs. Black Diamond is efficient; you’re never waiting longer than 5 minutes, (if you make an appt) and I’m done within 90 min to 2 hours for a powder gel + gel pedicure. My nails last 2-3 weeks and I’m frequently complimented on them. My favorite is Lyn.
