We had a wonderful experience with Zbest for my daughters wedding. They supplied two, 56 passenger motor coaches for the half hour ride between the hotel and venue, and a separate car for some relatives requiring transportation from home. The vehicles were in pristine condition and the drivers were punctual and professional. Customer service was also top notch - our representative was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all inquiries promptly and completely. Given the fact that the original wedding was postponed twice due to Covid, the ease of communication was especially appreciated!

The driver communicated with me giving me his name ahead of time. He was there waiting for us at the baggage claim and took our luggage and made it so easy!

The driver was nice and on time but the bus AC did not work in the back and there were mechanical issues With the door so would not stay open. We had to load all of our items by ourselves which you’d expect a limo service to help with. I asked several times before we loaded up the car to please turn on the AC to cool it down but the driver did not. All things that should have been checked before getting us. There’s no excuse for a Mercedes limo service to have the AC broken on a summer day.

They provided great communications regarding our reservation. The car even arrived a few minutes early and the driver was very courteous. The car was clean and provided a very nice ride.

Our rep, Bill Milleker, and his drivers were amazing! Bill made the process of ordering transportation for my daughter’s wedding so easy even though it was Preakness weekend(their busiest week of the year!). Our drivers, Roscoe and James, were wonderful! They were on time , courteous and friendly! James had to maneuver a large coach bus through narrow streets due to a police blockade and got us safely back to our hotel at the end of the night. They will definitely be my go to for transportation in the future. Thank you!

Received 3 texts about pick up times. 1st one - 11:30, 2nd one 10:30 & 3rd one 11:30. I texted back that I would be out of my meeting a few minutes after 11:30. I checked out of my room and got to the front door to be told that due to my flight time I wouldn’t be leaving until 1:45!! So, was I supposed to just sit there for 2 hours with my luggage? Took a Taxi with another colleague that was left in the same position.

Deceptive practices regarding overtime charges. When we booked a limo for a dinner, it was explained on the phone during booking that events run over frequently, and this would be no problem, they will just make an adjustment the next day.Once we reached the initial booking time and were still at our event, the dispatcher began texting us that we must agree to an $250 overtime rate or else the driver would leave us immediately.This is not what was explained to us when booking and was very disappointing. I would have simply booked a longer original time to avoid doubling the cost of my limo for an extra hour and 20 mins, not to mention dealing with being threatened to be left in the city by the dispatcher.I cannot recommend Z Best and will not use this company again

ZBest helped us out tremendously. We needed a ride to Washington DC, a group of 11 women. They were courteous and professional from the very start. From the booking (Bill was very patient as I kept changing pickup and drop off location! ) to the driver who was very kind and on time, for both pickups. The van was clean and comfortable. Everything went off without a hitch! Don’t hesitate to book this company- they will not disappoint!

I cant say enough good things about ZBest Limousine Service.My now-wife and I were referred to ZBest by our wedding venue to provide transportation for our guests to and from their hotels. We made reservations with ZBest in January of this year. When the pandemic occurred, something we obviously did not expect back in January, we had to drastically reduce our guest list and, thus, the number of motor coaches we needed. ZBest was professional and accommodating when it came to modifying our reservation to account for this change. Moreover, ZBest was flexible and helpful up through and including the wedding day in terms of adjusting where the motor coaches would be stopping; I spoke with Roberto two days before the wedding about this, and John, our driver, was able to make an extra stop on the wedding day!Every time I called, I was able to speak with someone directly about our reservation. The staff at ZBest always made me feel like I was in capable hands, which was important to me while dealing with a hectic wedding planning process. My husband and I used ZBest Limousine Service for our wedding on August 22, 2020. We rented a 28-person mini bus to take our guests to our venue and back to the hotel at the end of night. The minibus was nice and clean. The driver was on time, professional, and courteous. We were very happy with our service and it truly contributed to the success of our day.

Just used them for my mother. I spoke to Bill to make my reservation and he assured me that they would take very good care of my mother. I had to call and make last minute changes due to flight changes and they were right on top of it. They knew about the delays before I even told them. The car arrived at my neices home before she did and the driver Michael DaCosta,waited until we contacted her roommate to open the door and let her in. She told me he was very professional and polite. When I or any of my family are back in the D.C. area we will definitely be calling on Zbest limo for our transportation needs and requesting Michael as our driver.

ZBest is THE Best! We contracted for our daughters wedding, a stretch limousine, two buses for hotel guests and two sedans for transport. Our transportation plan had a lot of moving pieces that ZBest coordinated and executed flawlessly. The ZBest representative helped us with our transportation plan prior to our event with invaluable advice and suggestions. They accommodated our last minute changes. Dispatchers on day of event kept us and our planner informed with detailed texts. The vehicles were immaculate and the drivers were true professionals, competent, courteous and accommodating. Phenomenal. Great limo service provider. We actually used their executive sprinter, it was a Mercedes sprinter with leather chairs and all that jazz. The driver was polite, well dressed,. Professional, and efficient as he went to the hotel and church twice to get the groomsmen and then the bridesmaids for our wedding. All around good service and I would HIGHLY recommend. Talk to Cathy when booking. She was a very sweet lady who wasn’t difficult and has clearly seen a wedding or two in her profession so was extremely helpful.

My Step Son and his finance were getting married and I thought it would a great idea to get them a Limo and also have the family of the Bridge and Groom transported to and from the Wedding site. I called 1 company and they said theyd call back, they didnt and so I called Kathy at ZBest. Amazing Customer Service we discussed options and I locked in the Mini Bus and Limo with a deposit. The week before the wedding, I had to make some changes and Kathy was so accommodating. She went over all the details and I got a text with both drivers names the day before. We were picked up at BWI Airport at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday by a very nice driver. She was very courteous and as tiny as she was, did all of the heavy lifting of our bags. She was a great driver and was cognizant of how tired we were from our flight and was not chatty unless we spoke to her. We had a wonderful experience with ZBest and I would highly recommend them. I wish I could give less stars. First time ever renting limo. Daughters father/daughter dance. No limo. Finally when tracked down already late to event and told could get car there within an hour. No show, late, horrible service, then expect me to still want service...for what, no thank you! I was clear from beginning of the importance of event, kept contact and confirmation many times prior to date. Exact, easy address. ...no call or remotely any justifiable reason to not deliver on service. Be sure to get written confirmation for special requests. I put in writing and stated on the phone when making a reservation that my 91 and 95 year old relatives had to have a Lincoln Continental or equivalent sedan. I went as far as saying that it absolutely cannot be a SUV or they would have to be lifted in. Their two Continentals were in the shop so they sent a Suburban without contacting me for approval. The driver, James A, was phenomenal and got the women to the airport with minimal distress. ZBest later made good and refunded the fee with sincere apologies. If I do return to MD, I guess they earned another chance.

We rented a limo for our daughters Sweet 16 & everything was perfect! The process was easy from getting the quote to finalizing the event. We used ZBest Limos to transport our guests to and from our wedding ceremony. We got married at the chapel at USNA and none of our civilian guests would have been allowed to drive onto the yard. ZBest gave us the best price quote & a military discount. We had two 28-passenger shuttles making sure our guests got where they needed to be before and after our ceremony. They made it super easy!

Hired them for my wedding to seriously drive 2 blocks. Despite very specific instructions and a spot on front of our venue saved for the driver, they ruined our exit by not being in the space. She was very easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond to my questions. she made scheduling easy.A newer model stretched black Lincoln was sent.My first impression was the car was less than perfect on the outside. A few dings and scratches sort of thing, but the outside was clean of dirt. However the inside was as clean as can be.Heres why I gave them 5 stars, The driver Fernand, Like Barb in the office, could not have been more perfect. The man has an awesome personality and is a true asset to ZBest. Booked a limo for our wedding party and shuttle for our guests. I was little nervous about booking after reading a number of wedding wire reviews regarding issues with payment and therefore providing service the day of. I dropped in a few days before to make sure we were settled up and had no issues. They worked great with with my wedding coordinator at Simple Created Events, with whom they have had a working relationship with over a number of years (I didnt know that when I booked either of them). Small issue trying to get the AC to work in the limo, but I was also over excited and we had a short trip. Shuttle was great. The last trip of the night we got severely detoured around downtown Baltimore due to the closing fireworks for Light City the driver remained clam and look us the long away around back to the hotel.

James was awesome! Easy booking and Wendy was so helpful! Great for our wedding party and guests.
