We rented a 35 passenger shuttle for our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue. Extraordinar Limo did a great job. We asked numerous guests how their experience was and everyone said they were happy with the shuttle services. Since Ive never hired a shuttle bus before, I wasnt sure what to ask them about. I recommend asking a lot of questions. They put an itinerary together for their drivers, so be as specific as possible on the itinerary.

This company single-handedly RUINED my wedding day. I hired a limo to take me and my wedding party to the venue, and a shuttle to take guests to and from venue. When the limo arrived to pick me up, it had a flat tire. The driver said she would go to the gas station and put air in it. It wasnt just a low tire, she was literally driving on the rim. We asked her to please send a different car, but she said none could get here on time. So when she came back from the gas station, the AC was broken. We ended up scrambling to get Ubers to my ceremony. BUT THATS NOT ALL. The shuttle, whos only job was to take everyone home from the venue, LEFT THE ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY INCLUDING THE BRIDE AND GROOM STRANDED. I have never written a review before, but I absolutely cannot belive how this company managed to cause every single problem on my wedding day. I still have not received any apology or recognition of their total failure. I had to alert my credit card company that the services they charged us for were never provided. There are truly no words to capture the complete rage I feel towards their incompetence.

I used there service on may 23 both 20 passengers had no air conditioning. The drivers was good won’t take nothing from them but those 20 passenger look good on the outside but inside need some work I won’t be using there service again I tell u that. And I’m still waiting on a call back.

It was a very nice bus. We all had a great time. The only thing the radio didnt work and the TV didnt work. Joseph Bell was an awesome driver. He has a great personality.

Both drivers were outstanding on our vacation trips they handled everything safely and even accommodated our luggage without hesitation , we left from glen burnie to ocean city , both drivers Mitchell and Sherman were handsdown amazing drivers even had a blast with conversations. We know it was a long trip but both were gentleman and without hesitation let us stop on the way with a break so we can all rest our feet for a few. They are all about saftey and cleanliness, even had a spot so our 4 yr old had a place for our car seat we used them 3 times so far our drivers have become part of our family everytime we see them for when we need them it has been a pleasure with this amazing team of professionals. You will feel like a celebrity every time! We will continue to use this company every year

I cannot say enough positive things about the absolutely incredible experience I had with Extraordinaire. The transportation logistics had me concerned the moment my daughter mentioned she would like to get married in DC.I’ll start with the minute I received a quote from them. I had no idea what to do about transportation in DC for a wedding. Jenn gave me multiple options, explained them all and never made me feel like it was anything other than her pleasure to assist me.Two days before the wedding, my daughter and I became worried about the number of guests needing transportation. About the same time we were freaking out about this the owner, yes the owner of the company randomly called to confirmed details - something he said they do consistently to provide superior service! What a blessing!! We figured it out, he reassured me it would be work out and I ended the conversation with complete confidence that this piece of the wedding was going to work out.The day of the wedding the drivers were on time, professional and courteous. Our out of town guests remarked about the great maneuvering they did in Friday afternoon rush hour traffic in DC. They were polite, kind and helpful until the last moment the last guest was dropped off.I received a few lower quotes on transportation for the wedding but went with Extraordinaire because of my initial conversation with Jenn. She took so much time helping me deal with some difficult logistics that I immediately felt confident that this was a solid company.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who values excellent customer service and professionalism.

Warning-Please do not use this service. I never write reviews and now I’m trying to make your wedding day better by avoiding this company.The owner who supposedly drove the limo with my fiancé at the time and both of my in-laws to the venue on Kent island was very unprofessional. Showed up with a backseat full of glitter! Gave attitude when asked to wipe it up nicely! Refused to try and go another route. Made sny comments as he sat in traffic (I thought it was a customer service company!)Due to his rudeness and supreme knowledge of the roads, since he has been driving for so long in the annapolis area, (something jack referenced many times during the trip) my wife and her parents were the ONLY people late to the ceremony. Refused to try and find an alternate route!! ONE HOUR late might I add...even though the limo left 20 minutes earlier than the buses and other guests enroute to the wedding from the same location in downtown annapolis.***If you’re planning a wedding and using a transportation service of any kind, PLEASE ENSURE THEY DO NOT CONTRACT OUT to “an extraordinar limo service”

What an amazing night! We used the 32 passenger limo bus to tour Christmas lights. Our driver Kim was beyond amazing. She was so professional and nice. Kim made our night an absolute blast, cant thank her enough. Will definitely be making this a yearly tradition.

They take great care on maintaining their vehicles and have a wide selection of limousines, party buses and motor coaches. If you have never seen the inside of one of these, you should. They are impressive and make you feel special and important, like a VIP.

Worst experience during our wedding.My wife and I utilized An Extraordinar Limousine Inc. for our wedding and would not recommend them to anyone for any event or any reason.The company fell short leading up to the wedding, during the day-of and after was we attempted to remedy the issues we faced. We contracted An Extraordinar Limousine Inc. to provide transportation for our bridal party, as well as transportation to/from our wedding hotel for guests.The trolley was an hour late to pick up our bridal party from the hotel, losing an expensive hour of our photographer’s time. We were told that our driver was stuck in traffic from an accident that was out of their control. After finally arriving at our hotel, our driver navigated to Fells Point where we were meeting our photographer for family portraits. The driver did no route planning prior and attempted to maneuver the trolley through narrow city street that the vehicle could not have safely maneuvered. The late vehicle and lack of planning on the company’s part lead to lost time on our wedding date, lost photography time and made the bridal party very late to our wedding. Prior to arriving at the venue, one of the AC units of the trolley leaked a massive amount of water from the ceiling onto my parents (at least ½ a gallon on both who were sitting under it).Following the wedding, we contacted the company to convey our frustration with the lack of planning and poor quality of service. Extraordinar Limousine stated that being an hour late was not their fault in any way (not that they should have left early) and that the navigation issues were our fault (the bride and groom) for not providing more information to the company (which the company did not ask for). My wife was told she would receive a call back from the manager which never came. She followed up several days later and was once again was ignored. After my wife was ignored I followed up and was similarly blamed for our negative experience. As professionals who do transportation as a business, this company took no responsibility for a egregiously late arrival, poor planning, poor performance or faulty/poorly maintained vehicles. The company had no customer service to speak of. While on the phone I was shouted at several times and was told I was the problem.I would never use again and would never recommend. You cant get this lost time back.

We just booked our holiday light tour for the fourth year in a row with them! Theyve accommodated many of our out-of-town family and friends for different occasions; and our friends just booked a limo for their daughters wedding in the spring!! We reserved a limo for a birthday party on the 12th, and the driver John showed up with balloons and birthday banner as a surprise for our daughter!! Keep up the good works guys, we will continue to use Extraordinar!

This company is awesome! I used them for my prom this past year and they were on time and had the route planned out. The driver and staff were ahead of the game with confirmations and they even called a few days later to ask about our experience. The driver definitely made my experience one to remember. He was very polite and did anything to make our experience perfect. The office is even open 24/7! Would definitely recommend this company 10 times over.

We used three vehicles to get our wedding party to the church and reception and one shuttle to move our guests from the hotel to the reception and back. The best things you can say about a critical component of your wedding is that you did not have to worry about them. With An Extraordinar, we did not. They were where we needed them to be when we needed them to be. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers both courteous and aware of our time constraints. Extraordinary!

Recently had the pleasure of working with Ruth and the team from Extraordinar Limo. The booking process was easy and she kept us informed on dates, such as contracts due, money due etc. When planning a wedding, having a vendor on top of their customers really is an asset. The driver knew where he was going, was courteous and professional. He arrived in plenty of time for bridal party pick up and ensured that the family were comfortable before setting off. He even practiced driving down the long driveway a couple of times to ensure that it was a swift and smooth departure for his passengers. I would recommend this company for transportation in Annapolis for sure.

I used Extraordinar to celebrate my 34th Birthday and was blown away. From start to finish... Seamless. Customer service means everything to me and you guys were fantastic. When the Chrysler 300 (black) limo pulled up it was sparkling clean. The driver was on time. Even phoned to let me know he was outside. He was dressed in a full pressed suit and was very professional. He introduced himself to everyone, acknowledged me as the celebrant and made sure we were all comfortable. The limo was ready for us down to the ice and water. The car was spotless. The temperature was excellent. The music was on and appropriate. He even showed me how to set up the cars Bluetooth to my phone should I want to set atmosphere. The car smelled fresh and I couldn’t be more please. My guest and I had a awesome time. I look forward to using this service again and I mean soon! Thank you for making my Birthday memorable.

Great experience. Our company used 2 buses to shuttle people home after the Washington DC 4th of July fireworks celebration. Drivers were as nice as can be, as were all the Extraordinar people we talked with. The company also was able to adjust on the fly when a pick up spot complication came up, so that everything went seamlessly. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Not sure about the one star below, but we had exceptional service, call backs, emails, 24/7 support and planning for our combo bachelor/bachelorette party bus limo for 17 people. The bus was beautiful, clean and fun. And I did talk to Michelle who was very nice and helpful. Our driver Joe was awesome. We had multiple pickups and drop offs and as long as you provide the addresses to the company ahead of time, it truly helps with mapping out the night and saving time. Joe worked with us to ensure we stuck to our time frame and made adjustments as needed. He was very flexible with changes. Our experience was truly 5 star. Thank you.

Should have read all the BAD reviews before hiring this company. Ill spare you the painful details but in summary, this company doesnt deliver on their contractual obligation, doesnt accept responsibility for their mistakes, and has the most UNPROFESSIONAL office manager (Michelle) and owner (Jack). Once they have your money, they dont care what kind of service you get. The employees reflect the ownership... and their pitiful customer services shows.

This was an awesome way to celebrate a birthday with friends, my only issue was the entertainment system tvs werent working and i had a slideshow prepared for my wife to play. i wasnt very upset, but didnt let that ruin the night.

“An Extraordinar Limousine” is truly extraordinary! My family has used this limousine company for quite a few years now, and we could not be happier with their service. The drivers are prompt and helpful, and knowledgable of the roads and area in which they are driving. They also go out of their way to be friendly and courteous. The limousines are well-oppointed, clean, and look brand new. I highly recommend this limousine company for any occasion in which you need a limousine! Update to the story, The owner of the company finally responded and he was as disagreeable as his employees. Threatened to sue the bride and groom if they put any negative reviews on line. Actually said that he should not be responsible for the actions of his employees. WOW spent a lot of time, like his employees, talking about this review and how it could hurt his companies reputation. The service the company provided was at best atrocious but the worst is the response to a legitimate concern his customers had. I will keep everyone up to date on any further developments.This is by far the worst limo service that I have ever been apart of. We hired the company in hopes that the wedding of our son would be perfect. The brides mom was holding on to the door and the driver took off without making sure things were safe to do so. The guests were yelling at the driver to stop but to no avail. On the way to the wedding venue she swerved back and forth across the road as if the vehicle was to big for her. The driver missed two exits to get to the venue so instead of making a safe turn she decided to make a u-turn onto on coming traffic where multiple cars had to slam on their breaks or swerve out of the way to miss them. Once at the venue the passengers got out of the limo and most were ashen in color and some were nauseous from the terrible ride.To make maters worse the driver would not turn down the heat as asked and would not let them open the windows to cool down the interior.When we called the company they had a million excuses for the driver and her actions. They blamed the passengers for not knowing how to operate the controls. PLUS we paid for a full two hours and the driver left at least 1/2 hour early. The company acted like they did not believe a word of our story. This was the brides first time in a limo. We would recommend anyone to use caution before using this company. They will take your money fast enough but when you have a issue all you get is excuses.

We had 14 people in from out of town for a three day Family Re-Union over the Christmas weekend. To cap things off we hired your Limo Party Bus for a trip through downtown Baltimore, and a Christmas Light Tour of 34th Street in Hampden. Your driver Tim was very helpful in taking some family pictures during a couple of our stops. This road trip excited every generation. Terrible ExperiencePart 1: Lets start from the beginning. On the day of my wedding our experience was a nightmare. The driver, Gloria, was terrible. She was not a competent driver. Someone opened the door and we yelled at her to stop and she wouldnt and the person was almost dragged by the car. She ran over the curbs and could not seem to drive in a straight line. She was driving all over the road. She missed the venue so she had to make a U-Turn. She made a U-Turn into oncoming traffic and the proceeded to go down the on ramp (in the opposite direction) and the had to back up into another lane. She stopped traffic and cars had to stop in their tracks. Very DANGEROUS. On top of all that, the driver left the venue early, the heat was blasting and she couldnt turn it off.Part 2: When we (myself, my mother, and a bridesmaid) called to explain the situation to their office - they were very rude and dismissive and acted like we were the ones in the wrong. The office manager, Michelle, was very rude and make excuses for everything. She compared driving a limo to a tractor trailer and said that Limos hit curbs and make U-Turns on highways all the time. She had an answer for everything. She was VERY rude to my mother, myself and our friend. It took them days and they would not return our calls without us having to call them first. The office staff were no help.Part 3: I finally got the owner to call me back. Jack, the Owner, seemed to be somewhat understanding but did not offer a sincere apology. He just blamed it on the bad driver. Jack also admitted that his office team needed to be more organized. Instead he offered me a $100 refund. I called him back to tell him that I did not want to accept his offer and that I feel that was not a fair offer. Jack then got very angry and defensive. Jack raised his voice to me and was very rude. The owner said that he should not be held liable for his employee - he said it was not his fault that his driver made mistakes. He then proceeded to threaten to take me to court if I wrote a bad review.It goes without saying that I would NOT recommend their company. Based on other reviews I have seen here - I am not the only one who has had issues with their experiences and their office - Buyer Beware. Terrible customer service - they treat you like you are stupid and take no blame for any issues.

There staff did not know what they were doing and when I called after the experience, would not let me speak and the receptionist words she was going to take me to court . Terrible experience for our wedding day. We got a trolley that had no a/c for a July wedding. The driver knew about it when they showed up but didnt think to replace the vehicle before coming to pick us up. We all sweated through our pictures and traveling to our wedding because we had a schedule to keep. When we called to inform management afterwards, we were told it was our fault for not pulling over to exchange the vehicle? We also booked the wedding package but it came with literally none of the things the website said. It was just a trolley. With no a/c. And awful customer service after the fact. Find a different company, these guys are a joke.

Worst customer service! My son and his fiance(now wife)hired this company to transport them from a hotel to the venue for their Wedding on November 11th, 2017. The one star is not by choice, you cannot write a review on here without using a star. I found this company thru Wedding Wire, if I had read these negative reviews beforehand on Google I wouldnt have even called EXTRAORDINAIR LIMOUSINE SERVICE. When I called, I spoke to Ruth who was very professional and helpful. On the day of the Wedding, My husband and I were parked in back of the Limo(waiting to follow it to the venue). As the Limo driver was trying to drive out of the parking lot of the hotel, it took her three tries on backing up, moving forward, backing up again, and so on to finally clear the lot and leave. As we followed the Limo onto a main highway, I noticed the limo not using blinkers and was not driving in a safe way. My husband commented on her driving too. I just felt uneasy being behind her. We continued onto the road that would lead us to the venue, but when we reached the street where the venue turn off was, the Limo did not turn, but continued on the highway. We arrived at the venue before the Limo, and as the Limo pulled into the parking lot, my son got out of the car looking very unhappy. and quite pale. He proceeded to say it wasWORST LIMO RIDE EVER He said when the driver missed the turn for the venue, she tried to make a left U-turn at a busy intersection and couldnt make the turn and had to back into oncoming traffic, and he thought they would be hit from behind(he and his bride to be were in the back of the limo) The rest of the Wedding party(10 adults) agreed with my sons account as they were all very upset and scared by the Limo Drivers driving. On Sunday, my son called the Limo service and gave his account of what happened to whomever answered the phone. I later found out it was the Office Manager,Michelle who took the call. He asked then that they contact me, as my son and his bride were going on their honeymoon. I called the company on Monday, and I spoke to the Sales Director Ruth, who said someone would return my call, she then sent me a email stating I do apologize that the day did not go as planned and that the Office Manager will be reaching out to me directly! I waited till Thursday, and called the company. The office Managers name is Michelle, when she took the call, she immediately started to give numerous excuses for EVERY SINGLE THING THAT HAPPENED ON THAT RIDE. Not once did she apologize for anything that occurred, in fact, although there were a number of problems, one of them being that the heat was on so high and the passengers in the car(12 of them)asked for the heat to be turned off, as they were not able to turn it off. Michelle blamed the heat not working ON THE ADULTS, AND SAID IT WAS THE ADULTS IN THE LIMO WHO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM!. She then said the driver shouldve explained the heating system beforehand(No she didnt)There were a couple other problems, I can only comment on one BIG PROBLEM, THAT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/OFFICE MANAGER MICHELLE.. Michelles response to me, as I tried to discuss the rides events were rude and abrasive. She tried to tell me that driving a limo is like driving a tractor trailer, Tractor Trailers have to back up on highways when making a u turn, and if it is okay for them then her limo driver made a legal u turn too!. LEGAL? My understanding is that this driver really scared the Wedding party, she backed up on a major highway, into oncoming traffic they seriously believed an accident was about to happen.This driver almost caused a accident by her carelessness and total disregard for the safety of her guests. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are accepting no responsibility for their drivers actions.

WORST service EVER.I rented a party bus and a 10 passenger limo for my wedding. The limo did not have air conditioning and they said the air doesnt work well in cities, the limo has to be moving for it to work, and if the more people you have the hotter it gets. we only had 7 people in a 10 passenger limo and all of the guests make-up was ruined from sweat running down their faces. This company did not care and justified sending this limo for our event saying the air worked in the front ( by the driver) and they offered for the guests to stand outside (meanwhile, it was raining outside).They are TERRIBLE
