This is the third time I have used Santa Fe Glass. Superb company. Responsive, efficient, and professional. I will call them again the next time I need window or glass repair.

They Cut the glass larger than template provided, then, upon return, they cut too much off, but I was still able to get it to work, and I didnt want to bother with asking them to get it right for the third time. They were very friendly, just didnt cut the glass accurately.After owners response it is clear that they dont know the situation as I provided an exact template to match from, that is also from the cabinet. Their cut just was not accurate, there was no measuring needed as I provided the EXACT item to cut from. Please do not provide such falsehoods in your response, as it hurts your integrity.

I have had another great experience with Santa Fe Glass in Gladstone. They came to my home to measure 2 additional windows that had seal failure that I hadnt replaced last year and gave me great information on my options for replacement glass. Glass came in exactly in the timeframe they gave me and installation was precise and very professional. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them for all of my glass needs in the future. I highly recommend Santa Fe Glass and all of the people I have referred to them have also been very pleased with their work.

Brought in a cabinet door that had lost its glass and they fixed it right up. I thought it might be hard because it was a strange shape, but it wasnt an issue for them.

Used them three times for custom tempered glass. Always good service and orders come in a timely manner.
