Had to replace my rear window glass due to it being smashed in. They were professional and courteous, and had the window installed in a short amount of time on the cheap. However, the glass used was poor quality and fishbowls across the window, and my trim is lifted up on one side, allowing water to get in and fester to rot the metal. They said they couldnt do anything about it because the manufacturer doesnt make the part anymore.When I tracked the part down and called in the warranty, they were willing to install it along with a new glass, but then decided not to do it regardless, and refunded my money.All-in-all, not the worst company to work with, and has a good price point. I do wish the job had been able to be finished, but Im glad they refunded me so that I can have it fixed all the same.

Whats not to love about Clarity Auto Glass (CAG)? If you are unfortunate enough to have to repair a window on your vehicle, this is the place to use. Being a repeat customer, I have now used CAG at their shop location on North Oak, as well as their mobile service. The service technicians have been nothing short of amazing and their prices are right online with their competitors, if not better! I will definitely use them again if ever necessary. A+++

Went to Safelite to replace my wifes windshield. The had to make an appointment 3 weeks before her windshield could be installed.399.95 plus tax. No Military discount offered. I myade an appointment as the windshield needed to be done. Driving home, I found clarity glass. They had the windshield in stock, didnt need to make an appointment ( it was installed the next day) their cost was 239.95 AND they offered a military discount to boot! The employees and installers were fantastic !! I cant recommend this place and people enuff!!D. Reeves

I submitted a quote for a windshield replacement Sunday, received a quote Monday $150 cheaper than a leading commercial/franchised competitor, and had two gentlemen show up at my door Wednesday morning at 9 AM. A short while later, my windshield was replaced and it was perfectly good as new. You would not even know or believe that its not the original manufacturer windshield.The two gentlemen that helped with the installation were professional, courteous, clean, and made the process very easy.Im highly impressed with the quality and timeliness of the service. Although I do not hope to need a windshield replaced again any time soon, I know who to call and who I would recommend to my friends if any of us did. 10/10 would work with again.

These guys are awesome. I have a BMW 3 series and everyone else either didnt carry the glass or it had a lead time of 5-7 days or they would flat out say they dont carry it.The other places that did carry it wanted at least $140.00 more.They got me in next day. And they glued on a door panel piece that was coming loose.Honestly best window glass place in Kansas City. Period.

I had a small chip / crack in the windshield of my 2016 Mercedes E350. Clarity was able to schedule an appointment within two days and completed the repair in less than 15 minutes. Kyle also talked me through the claim process with Allstate (and gave me much more / better information than my agent had) - I talked with Allstate while Kyle was doing the work and left the shop without having to pay a dime. The repair looks fantastic! Great experience across the board!

Would definitely recommend Clarity Auto Glass. They got me scheduled quickly and had no issue installing the new glass in my car parked at my offices parking garage. The installer was polite, detailed and fast. He also didnt mind me sticking around and letting me watch, and explained what he was doing and why (i like the technical stuff). When complete, he cleaned the new glass and ensured that my car was put back together. I would definitely contact them again should i need to have any glass replaced.

A really good place to go and get your windsheild replaced.

Repacked my cracked windshield with one that doesn’t fit my car. They broke the first replacement during installation. I hear much more wind noise now that they acknowledged was due to their sloppy workmanship on the exterior trim. They told me they wanted to make it right but they were too busy when I was there and would have someone call me yesterday. They still have not called. I’m not impressed so far.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Clarity Auto Glass. I went in to have one windshield crack repaired, and they found two more that I wasnt aware of and fixed them without any additional charge. They were very quick as well as I was there a total of 20 minutes for the repair of three chips/cracks. I highly recommend them for any windshield repair. They are prompt, friendly, and fair.

There were other glass shops that were closer to me... There were other glass companies that would have come to me... but Clarity Auto Glass was by far the best price and well worth the 30 minute drive to get there.Other shops quoted prices on their website that were comparable to Clarity Auto Glass, but then when I called the other shops the price went up more than 30% after then tacked on installation fees and such... Clarity gave me a straight forward, honest, out the door price.Ill be going to Clarity Auto Glass again, and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Clarity got me in right away and provided great service for a great price. They went out of their way and helped repair the passenger window damage I had so that way I didnt have to replace the whole door. They also personally called a dent removal service to refer me to. They go above and beyond in terms of customer service!

I had set up an appointment for the following week but I couldnt wait any longer. I could not have asked for a better experience with an automotive glass repair company. I took both my fiances and my car in today to have some chips repaired in both of our windshields and the experience was fantastic. Kevin and the staff are all very polite and professional and the work they did looks spectacular. They were done quickly and it was easy for me to get in and out without any troubles or long waits. Cheapest place in the area that I could get my windshield repaired. When I called and asked how long it would take they told me about an hour. I brought it in today around noon and was out of there by 12:20 excellent customer service. The heat wasnt working in most of the buildings off north oak which the staff was extremely apologetic for. But being out of their control I cant dock them for it. Place was extremely healpful and fast highly recommend.

Great job and competitive pricing. These guys even went out of their way a bit when my Fiancee forgot she made the appointment for the work to be done at her employer, but had lent me her vehicle. The installers called prior to arriving, and she explained I had the car. No problem! They soon called me for an address and were quickly on their way. Extremely reliable with good prices

Clarity did a wonderful Job on replacing my VW Jetta windshield. I dropped my car off on my lunch break and they had it finished up after I was off that evening. The price was amazing too. I will go back for sure on any other glass replacement needed on my other vehicle.

Great price and do an amazing job

Clarity fixed my windshield in an hour after a storm put a basketball hoop through it. Their waiting room is comfortable, with free wifi and cable tv. There was even a Keurig for coffee while you wait. Staff was friendly and helpful, and prices were very reasonable, especially for the speed and quality of service.

Clarity was fast, affordable and on time. Daryll was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Will recommend to everyone I know.
