Highly recommend this store for many money and lending services. The Branch Manager Ashley is amazing. Very knowledgeable in the products that are offered and she is understanding of difficult situations. She helps in any way she can to provide you with excellent customer service. Ashley was also my boss for a little over a year. She is a great leader and one of the best mentors Ive ever had.

I guess every payday loan place in Missouri requires a bank account of which I dont have or need. I recommend ACE Cash Express, most of their locations are in Kansas but its worth the short drive. No bank account required, just proof of employment and some kind of card to put on file. I just use my debit card from work. Youre in and out in less than 10 minutes unless they are busy and they are always friendly. Never had a problem with them in two years. Forget all these fancy places in Missouri that require a bank account.

I was an employee here and they forced you to leave good reviews to help the rating of the company. The management was awful and had 0 compassion for their employees or customers. Spent most of their time smoking and gossiping about co workers and customers.

I have used this place several times in the past. I will no longer be getting any loans from here. The Store Manager is rude and so are the other employees at this location. I also spoke with the supervisor of this location. Kim is just as rude as the rest of them. I felt like I was being interrogated.

The staff makes this location the best to come too. They are sweet, efficient and always friendly.

Negative 10. I received 3 checks from the government and tried to cash them here. 1 was already previously endorsed by both my mother in law and I because we tried to deposit it into her account. They wouldnt accept this one which I completely understood as I understand policy. The other 2 were only endorsed by me. The dark hair heavy set woman and younger female with dreads were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL and tried to make it seem like they were FAKE checks. The lady with dreads at first said they cleared then claimed the verification number was wrong. They had attitudes and spoke unprofessionally. My husband had called Walmart neighborhood market thinking it was the actual Walmart and they dont cash government checks. The heavier dark haired lady shouted at me Walmart cashes government checks all day! While I was on the phone with my husband trying to figure out what to do because I was scared someone mailed me something fake BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY TREATED ME. They should really find a new job if they think its ok to make snide comments like yeah make a file treating me like I was committing fraud. I left nearly having an anxiety attack and almost called and yelled at the us dept of education because of their incompetence. My husband has gone here for years and will now be switching to a competitor. Good thing Walmart cashes government checks. 😉I will see to it that everyone I know, or meet through work never does business here.
