I only come to use the ATM. Well lit and is next to the main road, which essential for ensuring youre safe if youre making a deposit/withdrawal at night or are alone.

Wouldn’t give a 12 year old who rode his bike there a box of pennies for $25 because he wasn’t an account holder. With customer service like that, you can guarantee that he never will be.

Waiting 20+ minutes in line to change $10 in the cash machine because of only one teller on a Saturday morning... No wonder why you dont pay any interest. So happy I moved my money away from this bank.

Excellence Service, I have been banking at this location for over 15 years and have never had any problems. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of and I have always felt that if I had a question or concern they would always ensure that I was satisfied with the resolution.In fact, I still consider this branch to be my bank even though we recently moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma

I have never, in all of my experience with ANY company, been treated as I have by this branch. After more than 12 years with Commerce, I am closing my accounts. Shawn has no business working with the public.I visited the Gladstone branch after having unresolved issues with an account and no return calls from one of their associates, Abel. I was directed to Shawn, the Assistant Manager. Shawn professed to knowing I had been having a lot of trouble with an account, but didnt know specific details. When I tried to explain, he stopped me and didnt want to discuss further. He was belittling, rude and dismissive, not even making eye contact as he sat looking at his computer. He threatened to hold the two checks for a week that I had been trying to deposit, but agreed to deposit them as a one time courtesy. When he came back from the teller line. I told him that I had been offended by his demeanor and frustrated that he had not so much as acknowledged the problems I had been having due to delays and errors at the bank.Later that evening, I attempted to make an electronic deposit to a different account, as I have two with the bank, and received an error. I called customer service and was told my accounts had been locked and flagged for closure.I called Commerce directly and requested that I speak with a Consumer Advocate about some of what was said and done. They took notes and said someone would reach out to me. After three days I called back. After 4 days I called back. I even left another message for Abel, who never called me back. It took 6 days to receive a call back from the Consumer Advocate. She listened and seemed to be taking notes, but made it clear that this would be resolved by the branch. She promised to call the manager in the morning to discuss Shawns demeanor. The next day I receive a call from none other than Shawn. Apparently, the Consumer Advocate asked him to call me to discuss my issues. His only explanation was that I didnt understand and that he had tried to slow down to explain things to me, but there was lack of understanding. He was dismissive and, again, very, very rude. I asked for his managers contact info and will be following up with Anne.

These guys are usually pretty good. Went there to get US Treasury bond sorted out and expected to wait like 15 minutes to talk to someone. I was talking to a helpful person that got me taken care of and was out of there in 10 minutes!

I’ve been banking at commerce for 11 years. I’ve consistently banked at 4 different locations between 2 in Columbia MO, plaza KC, and Gladstsone. Gladstsone makes me not want to bank at commerce anymore. They’ve screwed up two of my deposits. When I went to make my most recent deposit they pulled me out of line to make a deposit at one the the desks instead of the counter. He asked for my debit card and didn’t fill out a deposit slip. Now because he failed to fill it out out of pure laziness my home buying closing date is being pushed back. When I went back in they told me that he should’ve filled it out. They were probably just busy. So because of cutting corners I’m totally screwed.

One of the worst bank branches I have ever been to .This place is consistently understaffed with insane lines and wait times. Went in a month ago to drop off a payment and they did not have anybody working the front counter inside but had to go to one of the desks to get service. There was only a couple of people in front of me and I still waited about 15 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just a bad day. Went in this past Saturday, and the line was to the door and the drive-thru is just as bad. So I had to come back the following Monday, I still had to wait in line with a few people in front of me and waited about 20 minutes that day as well. Im not sure whats going on here, but this is wprst bank branch I have ever been to of any banks I have ever done business with.

If I could give no stars I would! Im sick of getting charged overdraft charges for pending charges! The staff is rude, arrogant, and act like your issues dont matter!Ill be moving my accounts ASAP!Oh and dont even bother with the drive thru! I waited 20 min last Friday and finally gave up! Went back Saturday....waited 15 min and then the person working cant even say Hello...and then proceeds to take another 15 min to deposit A check!UPDATE: I did receive a call from Sheila with Commerce today, she was very nice and caring about my above stated concerns. She assures me they are working to correct the wait time issues, and that the issues of overall customer service will be addressed.

I had an issue & the lead personal banker I spoke with was rude, patronizing & demeaning. She could not accurately explain the issue with my account & when I got upset, she threatened to have me arrested in front of my 7 year old daughter. I will be closing both of my accounts as soon as possible. I have never been so disrespected.

Unfriendly people and they dont support cyclists. A bike is a vehicle and I often use it to run errands. This location on Antioch does not allow bikes through the drive thru. The parkville branch does. Better yet US bank is a block away and they act excited to see me on my bicycle in their drive through. I would recommend them for a bank that is keeping up with the times and friendly people.

I am banking for over 20 year bueno recently I made $300 deposit in drive through and attendant only posted $100 when I checked deposit ticket noted the error I told to attendant crazy error and he fixed without any apologize. I could not believe it!!!

I would like to stress that if youre in a hurry, do not bother with the drive thru. This place is always so understaffed. What should take 2 minutes to do a deposit usually takes me 20 minutes of sitting in the drive up. Going inside is almost just as bad.
