They have had my high end microwave since February of 2020 for a repair. It was supposed to be done in a week or 2 Was told they located the issue and the part was ordered. Havent heard anything since and havent been able to reach them in months. Drove by their retail location and it is empty. Have heard they are still operating out of their home. If anyone knows how to reach them I would love to get my microwave back.Do NOT recommend using them or dropping anything off. Im hoping my microwave isnt just gone at this point.

Great little old school place for appliance parts and service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick. I walked in with a part number, and the new part was in the shop in less than two hours! Signage is small and hard to see from the road. Look for Farmers Insurance, as its in the same lot. Parking in the back.

The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. They got me an appointment within a reasonable time. When the repair person came out he took care of the issue with our oven in a very short time. Repair is sure less than new and worth it if the appliance is relatively new.

I am a do it yourself person thanks to the economy. The fine people at Howes Appliance are truly down to earth and care about your appliance concern. I was calling around to several repair places and wasnt impressed. Most were closed. I called Howes and Ellen answered and was very knowledgeable and kind. I called Howes Appliance Repair to repair my LG Oven. Al came out said it was the bake eliment. he was paid $174.00 cash and he ordered the part. When the part came in he came back. but the part was not the correct part. ;but he installed it anyway then went back got a different part. when that part came in he came installed it and left without testing the oven to see if it functioned properly. THis was thanksgiving eve. When trying to bake everything burns because the oven was heating so hot the temp would not control the oven. I called and complained, they gave me an 11 am appointment for today Saturday, no show. I called them back, Ellen the wife says she has to call him at home and see if he is coming. Then Al calls say in his experience of 36 years it could be something else. I had an appointment you didnt come, now you are guessing on the phone what it could be and now leaving me high and dry stating they will refund money. Well I paid them cash, where is it?
