Very accommodating and easy to set up an appointment. They diagnosed and told me what was wrong with my oven before trying to fix it. The repair took less than an hour. Service fee was reasonable. Will use again!

This place is a scam, asked for a credit card up front, I refused and they still set the appointment. Then about an hour before the appointment they called and wanted to move it to Saturday ( two days away) as they had no one who could come fix my dryer. They seemed to not understand that this was a big issue as I had rearranged my day to be at the house at the appropriate time. Also when they called back it was an offshore call center. I picked this company because they seemed to be local and I wanted to support local. They are not. The address listed is fake. I should have known, at least I’m not out any money just time. Be forewarned do not use this fake service.

This company is not a reputable appliance repair company they send independent contractors to diagnose your equipment who do not know what they are doing or have any replacement parts. They even diagnosed incorrectly, do not use them.
