The dollar tree on first street in gilroy is very unorganized and some of the cashier are rude and have drop some of my items that are glass and broke them😫😫😩😩😢😢. They need to have a extra employees so that store can be organize and a manager that has talks with employees about customer services. I know its not easy being a cashier there are rude customers as well.

Was not happy with them cashier. She was on the phone when I got to the register and she was in a mood when I gave her 6 dollars in coins. Needs to be in a better mood.

Earlier this week my children and I came to the store in the middle of a long day doing some errands, when all of a sudden I heard this employee call another employee the b word. I was shocked and appalled that this store would have such vulger language. I saw the employees name tag her name was Adriana, dont shop here with your children

Me and my family always enjoy finding bargains and we find em here. The kids like to get a snack and a toy or two. I like the refrigerated items and my wife likes to look to see what bargains we can get on household goods and beauty supplies. The store is so much cleaner and more organized then years ago and its a nice place to shop where the employees are very nice and helpful.

Lots of items for Halloween and a themed party supplies. They had exactly what I went in for on glassware. I also picked up some stocking stuffers. There was a few people on line so they opened another line.

Dollar Tree always has great deals some weeks are better that others thats all. Could use more cashiers though.

Like always I go for one tho g and end up buying 20 lol. The service was terrible the cashier who had a dora kind of hair cut was talking to the customer 3 persons infron of me about how she went running to the her car for her atm card. She left her two kids in the cart next to the cashier and asked her if she could watch them for a few seconds. Literary seconds..Well she should of said no inatead of gossipong about her. Sorry but gossip is not my thing.

Some stores are better than others.

This is a smaller store compared to San Jose and Morgan Hill. I come here all the time because one can get a lot of stuff especially gift wrap at a fraction of what other places charge. But when is $1 not a good value for your money? It is when they sell food that are way past the sell date, it is already rancid. I have told countless managers, they seem to change often, about this problem and have been told it will never happen again yet it still persists. Check the dates of the individually wrapped cookies and you will see what I mean.

Always seems dirty. Only go there when I need something to decorate kids school work. The staff can be a little Rut.

Only reason i give a star is cus i have to. I like there bargains but you always got to stand in line for at least 10 minutes. There is usually only 2 cashiers ever working and they are probably the slowest 2 that they could find.

Rarely go in here anymore. The store is always a mess and nobody ever seems concerned. Saw someone trying to buy mylar balloons and it seemed like half the ones they had displayed were sold out...this held up the already long line since there was a lot of customers and only one cashier...which seemed to be one of only two employees we saw in the store.
