Beware of Lexi Ostlund!! She’s a shady realtor. I purchased a home 4 months ago and she was the selling realtor. She had a couple items (sprinkler system and garbage disposal) listed with the home. They weren’t there and when she was called on it she said she would get it resolved and then has done nothing to fix the issue. Very immoral and unethical. I’d stay away from her being your realtor!!

I purchased my home in Gillette sight unseen with the help of Ms. Lexi Ostlund. Buying any home can be a daunting and scary process. Cathy Brand and the others at the REMAX team are all very professional. I havent had the opportunity to purchase a home, but when the opportunity arises, I know Cathy will handle the deal professionally. She is always available 24/7 and provides great market info and education to our business group. Ive had the pleasure to know Cathy for about 3 years now. I trust Cathy and REMAX for both buyers and sellers. She takes time to understand what her clients are looking for and shows many homes that will fit their lifestyle and needs.

My house went on the internet on Wednesday morning. By Thursday morning I had an offer of full price. 30 days later it was completed. I moved out of the area.
