Just beware. You will not get full deposit back. Not even half back. If using the rental option. They went way past the 4 weeks of returning my deposit. Theyre so sneaky, it made me uncomfortable to actually buy from them. Use another realtor instead. So glad I went with another! Best commission I paid! To get away from them.

Rented an apartment in 2019, maintenance wasn’t ever done, doors never fixed(said they would be fixed at time of move in and never were after 8 months), we had to clean the apartment at time of move in because it was so nasty!! They kept our deposit and I just got a notification on my credit report that they turned me in to collections for $450!!! Never got a call, email or anything!!! Pete Driver is a snake in the grass. Our hot water heater went out numerous times, was rigged together with horrible wiring by his shady maintenance men and after days of it being out in December, we finally called a repair person and Pete flipped out on us, screaming and yelling because he didn’t want to be charged from that company!!!! Wasn’t going to waste my time with the review until I got that hit on my credit report!!

Tina, was my realtor, while I was selling my house in Gillette. I had moved out of Gillette and She was amazing, she had my back during difficult times with dealing with issues there . She was always very responsive, called me immediately when I asked, did so much of the footwork that I didn’t have to do , but was not her responsibility.Tina is so very trustworthy, honest and very caring. Thank you Tina, you made this difficult move , So much easier.

Liars, terrible up keep on rentals, maintenance crew is a bunch of teenagers under the age of 16. Major bug problems. Kept our deposit because we couldnt live in those conditions anymore. Apartments were being broken into do to cheap locks. Nothing ever got fixed. We cleaned up after we left. Even shampooed the place. Still got charged $300 on top of no deposit back. Posted comments on here and then got sent to collections immediately afterwards.

Pete Driver, Why were we charged for cleaning services when we had to clean behind previous tenants? You run a shady business and your tactics are a disgrace to Century 21! We turned in all keys to the house to your office but are being charged $100 for replacement fee. You wont respond to my emails or calls so Im leaving this on here. Dont ask me to take down a bad review again, people need to know what to expect when dealing with you. Ill be adding the photos of rotting food in the dishwasher and repair issues that kept us from using the bathroom for the first 3 months of the lease. Where was that $450 worth of cleaning you charged us when we moved in? Or did you charge the previous tenant the same thing and just not do the job?

I feared for my sons safety after moving in. We had wasps coming in from the ac unit. And someone was breaking in due to cheap locks. I asked for some repairs and had kids come up to the door saying they was there to do the repairs.

I was renting an apartment recently and the realtor during the entire process was a great help. Very attentive and available when ever I had a question.

Our realtor was always available and attentive when ever we needed them. I would love to work with Century 21 again when the time comes.

My Realtors knowledge of the area was good. He does a good job of making sure his clients are satisfied and happy.

Worst real estate people in town. Especially Pete Driver! Don’t waste your time and money. Liars, unprofessional, and do minimum effort to upkeep rentals.

Pete Driver was able to get us a place in two days although we were not able to lease it he worked very hard on the place for us .... i appreciated his patience and knowledge of the area and how professional he was .... I felt bad that we werent able to do business maybe in the future☆☆☆☆☆
