I have lived at my current address for 25 years and have had more grief out of mail not being delivered to my address or placed in someone else’s box. I was so sick last year that I didn’t know that my name and apartment number was ripped off the mailbox and I don’t know how much of my mail was sent back as unable to deliver. I am very angry about this because I was never notified and not one postal carrier came to my door to check out whether I was still here or not. Some of my mail I have not received or was placed in the basement apartment mailbox. They changed theirs and then there was lots of confusion. Their apartment is BSMT apartment not A, ,B, or C. I don’t know who told them at the post office that their mail was not deliverable. No one has ever had a problem before. I may have had some vital mail that was time sensitive or had bank or credit card information that was for me only. Some things I ordered that never showed up while I was so sick. I live in Casper Wymong.

The workers steal ur packagesasn always seem to put the mail in the wrong box. I mean how hard is it to do ur job.

2 times now have had packages come to the post office. I receive the package slip in my box . Drive 15 miles to town and find that it was given to someone else. Funny part it is not their fault that they gave it away to someone other than the person who is to receive the package and then its my responsibility to call the company I bought it from to try to sent me another. What B.S.

In my humble opinion, the most down to earth friendly place. Stunningly professional and kind folks. Ive never had a bad experience!!

A postal worker has stolen another pagkage from me not the first time and the post office once again is saying its my own fault for using their services and if I didnt like what happened to use a different shipping company

One small post office to service 30,000+ people. If you realize the logistics of this feat you will understand why the mail service is slow. Not to mention its the federal government which is on a hurry up and wait policy. With that out of the way...This post office was slam packed with a line outside the door when I went on a Tuesday afternoon. The workers are clearly in no rush to get things done or get people through as they get paid regardless. After almost an hour wait for me to mail a small package and request a change of address, I can say that this is to be expected of the USPS and quite normal. Being in the US Army Ive been in larger cities with multiple hubs handling mail for millions of citizens and the experience is pretty much the same but on a larger scale (and more waiting time). So for this sleepy little town this is better than average which is why I am leaving a 4 star (better than average) review. People in this day and age want what they want, when they want it, and its NOW NOW NOW. Thats not how the feds work and I can attest to that since I was in the Army for a decade. If you have some patience, understanding, and get the fact that the workers are only human... You will have a slightly better experience with the post office. If something is time sensitive then I would suggest you cough up the extra $$ and make sure its next day or priority mail AND DONT skimp on the insurance. You get what you pay for with the USPS. People are used to insta-gratification and thats not how the post office works. They are still old school and are only a few steps past the horse and carriage carrying your mail. If you look at all the work they have to do to get all the mail sorted and delivered you will see its not easy. Especially when people have horrendous handwriting or miscalculate postage. Patience is a must when dealing with our government. The post office is no exception.

USPS is terrible service, in the last week Ive lost 1 package delivered to the wrong address, my carrier was able to find it for me, she is the best thing about the USPS. I also had a package that was delivered 4 days late! Their customer support via internet or telephone is horrible.

To whomever delivers to east 6th avenue area, if my flag is up its not just for looks. That means there is outgoing mail in my box and I do not appreciate that in the last week you have only stopped at my box once and only to deliver mail to the wrong address AGAIN. Update several weeks later, the carrier is STILL NOT STOPPING AT MY ADDRESS WHEN MY FLAG IS UP

Never sending anything through here again. The first time I send over night important documents. Never arrived . 3 months later my stuff was returned. Never thought it would happen again2 time I send it more important document with money order and even got a tracking number because I need it to make sure it got there on time . Well it did not . They lost my mail..and it never made it out of wyoming . Know I have to try to get a refund of my money order . And I have to pay to get a refund when it was not even my fault . And dont know were my documents areHorrible experience .

The postal service has had to hire temps, and with that comes some small defects in the way we are us to getting our mail service. They are still learning, no one is perfect except GOD. I have spoken with the Manager there and she had help me to understand the changes with the new people. But our new Post Lady had caught on very quickly and I really hope they keep her on our route. She is fast and on point, I have had no wrong mail in my box and she scans my pick-up items and always shares a Smiles as well are Brenda & Bill . Thank you so much Ms. Ann for being a Great Team Leader in getting the Best People for the Job.Viewer we just have to understand when we are new at doing things it takes time and error to learn to be like the older crew. Its not an overnight magic dream come true. They will catch on.Blessings

It’s been almost 2 months since our boxes were hit and still no repairs to get them set up. I don’t have many days off and getting to the post office is all but a joke. The lack of getting our community boxes set back up is why I give this otherwise great post office a 1 Star. Multiple calls, and requests when they do answer is getting old not having mail.

For months now Ive received other peoples mail, and those people receive my mail. Weve contacted the local post office and told them on three separate occasions, yet their delivery people are still incapable of telling the difference between a 4 or a 7. Their first priority mail is a complete sham. As Ive never received any first priority mail any faster or more conveniently than just paying for standard shipping. The website says it will track your packages, but it does no such thing. All in all, from here on out I will avoid doing any business with them at all costs, as they have shown me they are incompetent and incapable of a job as simple as putting mail in a mail box.

When you get a key but cant open the box because they jam it so full and you need the stuff for your sons birthday. Yeah Im pretty pissed. Thanks guys kudos to you!

Constantly having to go in to town to pick up packages that were held at post office at customer request 10 minutes after they arrived at the hub with no attempt to deliver even tho tracking says there was... My house is over 10 min from the post office so this is impossible.... And I have never once requested a package be held at the post office.

The staff at the post office are always so polite and very nice to deal with.

Mailed a pkg to my son, tracking said it was delivered to mailbox, but it was delivered to the WRONG STREET, evidently the carrier cant read, it went to Dakota st and should have gone to Tepee st.

I never requested my packages to be held, so why does this happen?

There is one rude customer service person in there that if you ask a question about a package its so much work for her and she has opinions on if your packages from the states or not shes blonde with a bang like I remember like a gray blonde shoulder length not even like a blonde blonde but shes always got a frown on her face watch out for that one.... other than that Ive had the best experience with everybody else in there Im going to find out who this person is and complain because its happened to us too many times

Can you ever just deliver my packages normally? This is ridiculous, I even picked up a package destroyed and all I got was, oops, sorry we dropped something on your package. Thanks, it was only fragile.

Gets very busy but they are usually pretty quick

I order something offline and pay to have it here by today. It gets sent out on delivery..my other bills and Mail get deliveres...package doesnt. Says its up at the post office waiting to be picked up. I call and they tell me its here come get it..I drive across down to get the package I paid to have delivered to my house...and they cant find it...why couldnt you of delivered it with the 2 other envelopes you left as the package fits in the mail box? And now ya cant find... Fishy fishy. Ive had mail missing before and opened. Ill be filing a complaint as my mail is being tampered with.

People in the office are nice and helpful making sure you have your packages and getting them sent out. But for delivery it seems like its not as important. Last couple times Ive ordered products online and were to be deliveried by the post office; Ive been given a delivery attempt notice and would have to reschedule the delivery or pick it up later that day. Both times I was at home at the supposed time of delivery. Also the product was the same and the weather would not affect it, and my community is a good one. Whats the point in paying for delivery to your house if you have to end up taking time out of you schedule to pick it up at the most inconvenient time? If the weather was too bad to make the delivery just say so, dont lie and make it seem like I was the one who wouldnt answer the door to receive my package. A little honesty goes a long way.

Always have package issues and now missing packages and cant ever get a hold of anyone over the phone .. Absolutely the worst mail service I have ever had!!!!!
