Outstanding service! Called this weekend about my slow laptop speeds and was able to get it in first thing Monday morning. Two days before Christmas and since I had a limited time in town he started and stayed late to finish it in one day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly reccomend.

If there was a negative star review I would be doing that instead of 1 Star. Waited a considerable amount of time for him to even acknowledge that I was in his store while he was talking with someone else about non computer related topics. Then proceed to tell me how he doesn’t want to answer a phone call because he is tiered of talking to a particular customer. He then began to talk badly about the customer and how angry he was with them. I even had trouble getting ahold of him during normal business hours as he wouldn’t answer my phone calls and would always have a sign in his door saying he was away for a variety of different reasons. Would NEVER recommend him. It would be faster to send your computer to the manufacturer. My computer wasn’t fixed after he told me it was going to be fixed a week prior and kept extending the time frame.

Horrible and unprofessional. He had my tv for over 6 months with out accomplishing anything then when I tried to just come pick it up he was NEVER there. Couldn’t reach him by phone or stopping in. Would never recommend to anybody.
