A problem came up with my computer not recognizing my hotspot on my phone and I called and was told a couple things to try first (never met him or been into the business) and then if that didnt work to come in and hed take a look. Jeremy and staff always happy to help and provide service after the sale. You can expect straight information from tech support and not get talked into something you dont need. The only place I go for my computer purchases and repairs for both business and personal use.

Were fulltime RVers and our laptop suddenly slowed down to a crawl. Since we were close to Gillette, we booked a place to stay nearby, and stopped by first thing the next morning. Jeremy, the owner, checked it out did some diagnostics on it, and and we left it with him, feeling hopeful and encouraged that all just might be well. Sheldon took over from there, and he was so kind and personable when I called for an update the next day. And, brilliant man, he transformed our laptop from running like a snail back to a racehorse! The fee charged was quite reasonable, and we couldnt be happier. So glad we found Protech Computing!
