Called to get a quote for installing some tires on rims, and they wanted to price gouge me by charging double because they were new. I went elsewhere with more transparent and fair pricing.$20 to mount and balance used tires vs $40 to mount and balance new tires. Same exact labor and time involved = price gouging

What an awesome crew! One of our old tires had separated and was too dangerous to drive on. Got us in just before closing and set up with a new set of Cooper tires. Highly recommended.

Have went to these guys from time to time cu theyll fix or mount some things that other shops wont without asking questions. Got bent over for 45 bucks to mount one tire today because it was new. Dont think you boys are gonna make it when discount opens up down the road but the good news is everyones hiring!

I had great service got to say they took care of me. On the other hand how the employees treated there bosses just looks,the remarks behind there bosses back I mean come on the customers sit in the lobby I think that this situation could have been token out in the garage or in the office just my opinion.

After a blowout, called and said I would be there in 5 minutes. They said ok. Showed up and waited at the counter for 15 min. No one ever came out. Went to Big O and they jumped on it.

Dave the manager was very knowledgeable but the guys doing the work dont know what theyre doing. Had an oil change done, took four hours and they loosened the old oil filter but didnt actually replace it. Would never go back

Flat tire and unable to change it myself...Tire-Rama sent Andrew out immediately to help change it and had the tire repaired back at the store quickly. Staff was professional and courteous - will definitely be back when it is time for new tires.

I have had 2 experiences with this business that will make me continue to go back. First, I took a flat tire to a different tire shop nearby to get it repaired. They said they couldnt repair it because of the location of the puncture (probably because the tire was not purchased there). Tire Rama fixed it with no problem and the tire never went flat again till the vehicle was sold.Second experience was with an alignment shop in town that told me my vehicle needed new ball joints after 40,000 miles. They wanted around $750 for the work. Tire Rama confirmed that the ball joints were fine on the vehicle. They will definitely continue to get my business with this honest approach.

This has got to be the worst tire shop in Gillette. I called at 8:30 in the morning to schedule a tire rotation and said I would be there around 5:00. I arrived about five minutes till and they said they didnt know anything about it and it would go into overtime so l told them to fix a tire that was a little low and would worry about the rotation some other time. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience here, another time I had put new tires on my pickup and they didnt tighten all the lug nuts.l got about four miles away and four out of five nuts were gone.I will not be back!!!

Sitting here for over an hour and half for a simple patch on a tire that was already off my truck and the screw found on the tread. Where I use to work in a tire shop and never toke me more than 30 mins when the tire was already off the vehicle.

The employees at this location are fantastic. They have always done a great job.

Good place for tires and change oil and other things

Went in for an oil change and they broke my starter! When I asked the tech what happened he told me he tried tapping on my solenoid because my Yukon wouldnt start. Turns out he broke one of the terminals on it. The manager allowed me the fix it myself in the parking lot, free of charge. How nice of him!

Pretty disappointing. Stopped in once to get a tire fixed at 7:30 am and was told itd be 2 hours, my brother then walked in and ordered a set of tires and suddenly they had time to fix my tire. Next visit I called to ask if they could get me in for an alignment, they say yes. I drive 10 mins there and was told they arent doing alignments that day. Get it together

These guys charged me 700 dollars to change the rotors and pads on my front axle. This is on a Fusion, mind you. Started double-checking this price later and found out I got charged double what everyone else quoted me. Will not return, and dont suggest them for anything since apparently their agenda is way overcharging for sub-par work.

Set up an appointment and thought I would wait for tires to get put on.. Things were running a little behind I guess probably should of just dropped it off.. Friendly staff.. Need to make more popcorn!! Lol..

The worst possible customer service out there . Takes two hours to get an oil change and you get to listen to the management swear at the employees while you wait. Im shocked that Tire Rama hasnt shut this branch down. Take your time and money somewhere else.
