Apartment itself not terrible, definitely looked like it was thrown together by someone who cant read a ruler. Had to call multiple times to see where my deposit was after almost 2 months, ended up having to go over in person because nobody would answer when I called and left me no option to leave a message. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and got less than half my deposit back.

Garbage would probably best describe the maintenance staff at this place. They can’t do the walks or the little parking lot. It’s great if you don’t have to be at work ever. Best bet is to go anywhere else.

They have the most beautiful view and their near the rec center.

During the course of two years as residents we had to deal with Highland Property Corporation about multiple safety issues and more. I suggest carefully considering signing a lease with your family and this corporation.
