Currently live here, no complaints about the living situation, nice cozy apartments and fast maintenance and the grounds look great.But heres the part that I, among many others have problems with. To start, management/owners have children that run around and make noise and look in your apartment windows, leave trash out, put gum where it’s not suppose to go and they have been caught in the act. But their parents/management puts the blame on other residents that live there. And then they make assumptions that it’s you or others that live there and leave notes on doors of who they think it is. They left a note recently regarding cigarette butts and trash being left out side and not in the trash. But the note stated that if it doesn’t come under control they are going to raise the rent to cover the cost of cleaning it. If you can’t deal with this many people living in your buildings and can’t be polite and kind to the people that live there, you’re in the wrong line of work. Please work on taking accountability for your kids actions and stop placing blame on others and making it hell to live there. Thanks.

Im a Native of Wyoming, and sadly to admit, a Native of Gillette as well. I have heard and known the rumors of various apartments complexes that just seem to want your money rather than your comfort. Valley View is exactly the place I have been looking for for a long time. When I first inquired they were very human, and answered all of my questions, (and believe me, I had a lot) they didnt hold back any information, and there didnt seem to be any hidden agendas.They price for these apartments is Very Affordable in my opinion. I reviewed 16 different complexes before I stopped here, and this place beat ALL of them.They beat them in price, true. But they also beat them in friendly conduct, professional disposition, thorough cleanliness, and a comfortable living space.If I had a complaint, its no animals allowed. Hardly a toss-up for me since I dont own an animal.Best wishes to anyone inquiring with them.

Have lived here 5yrs & like it very much. In town but quiet. If not management will take care of it. Smoking units r available but really cant tell cause property & buildings r well maintained. Everybody here that Ive met that work here r very nice & try to help you with any problem you might have. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because nothing is perfect. I like living here & would recommend Valley View to anybody.

I have never lived in Valley View but I know the managers and owners of the property and they do a great job at keeping the property clean, safe and convenient for everyone that lives there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable place to call home. A+++++++++

Really well to work with, very friendly people, nice rooms and in walking distance to everything.

The worst thing about this place is the morons who are on drugs,have a million kids and constantly fight. Police show up a lot because of disputes and the drugs. You can hear people screaming and throwing each other into the walls from the hallways and inside your apartment. People also are always smoking right outside the windows and leave their butts all over the grounds. Speaking of grounds,its horrible in the winter. No one shovles or salts the walkways. Also,parking is HORRIBLE there. management and maintnence also love to come into your apartment with or without permission,whether or not youre home. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Everything works,looks and smells nice and there are no bedbugs or anything. Id suggest getting a top floor apartment if you must move here,that way you dont have as much of a problem with noisy neighbors. Youll also get a patio which makes it nicer. Some of the apartments have walk in closets too.

Apts. are well kept & beautiful & the people are professional & very nice. I lucked out when I found this apt.
