I dont know what Id do without them! They do a wonderful job, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff.

Great service scooping our dog waste and keeping our yard free of odor. Very attentive and always make sure they close our gate. This is very important as I do not have to worry when they come and go. We have been using them for years and very satisfied.

Pet butler was the best investment I ever made. They do a great job at removing our dog’s waste. I never could keep up with it and then I always had to worry about the kids stepping in it. They are so nice to the dogs and even bring them treats at time. I fully trust them to clean the backyard even when I’m not there. They always text to let me know when they’re coming. They never disappoint and I wish I did it sooner. I recommend them to everyone. It’s worth every penny!

My only regret is I didnt hire Pet Butler sooner. One less (yucky) chore to deal with. Reliable, friendly, prompt, and even more thorough than I would have expected.

Ive used this service for almost a year and am so happy to have found them. They arrive 1x per week and are time and clean up all of the poo. Spray to help keep the smell and flies away. You wont be sorry if you hire this company to clean up.

Let me start by saying, I signed up with Pet Butler February 2020 and Chris has been doing a great job since then. I was reviewing my credit card statement and noticed the charge was more than double my original quote. When I called in to discuss this the rep danced around my question and was very rude. I finally said, this is a very simple question, why am I being charged double. She sarcastically replied, You were on a promotion and it ended so we are charging full price. I dont mind paying a fair price for a good job but this is ridiculous. In addition, she tried to not answer my question as though she was trying to hide the fact. I was getting nowhere with her so I just said to cancel and she said okay and said I will receive a cancellation via email. I am only giving the 1 star to the customer service rep, not the service and certainly not Chris, the service guy. So sad as we were more then happy with the service.

Ive been using pet butler for several months now picking up my 2 dogs poop once a week. So far so good! They always get the job done quickly!

Pet Butler is awesome!! They do a fabulous job with keeping our yard looking its best! They are very educational with their newsletters and will contact you if they notice something of concern in your yard. We had a baby rattle snake nest by our casita and they reached out right away to make this aware to us. They truly have your pets best interest at heart. We have lost 4 of our dogs since we have used their services over th4e years and they reached out each time with a lovely card, and they do the same on holidays. They have an excellent person touch and customer service!

They are there every week, do the work well and leave. I am not able to get up the slop where my dogs love to potty ... so this is a life saving service. Very well run and reliable.

The drivers that work for this company like to road rage people speed 25 mph over the speed limit through construction zones and almost run me and my family off the road if that’s the way they drive through the valley I wouldn’t recommend them to come on my property
