What a great concept!! The housing market is hot right now, and we needed a home cleanup quick. The BTDT is affordable, quick, and professional. Holy Cow, these are awesome folks! I wish these guys were everywhere. We are in Mesa to clean out our parents home after their recent passing and had limited time to get things done. After all others quoted a lead time of weeks (if they bothered following up with us at all), Paul at “Been There Dumped That” said - “tomorrow, no problem”. The dumpster was delivered on time the next day & was professionally placed exactly where we wanted it by a driver that knew exactly what he was doing (in a difficult driveway with several hardscape obstacles). The driver (apologies for not remembering your name), gave us excellent instructions for properly loading the dumpster to evenly distribute the weight and avoid any pick-up/transportation issues. The dumpster itself was clean, well painted & maintained - our parent’s Homeowners Association couldn’t even find a reason to say a word. We loaded it over a weekend & left a message on Sunday night requesting a pick-up at earliest convenience. Paul called us back first thing Monday morning and stated it would be picked up within 48 hours. Tuesday morning the same professional driver arrived @ 10am and hauled the dumpster away after he had swept our driveway. Dealing with these folks was a breath of fresh air during a high stress time after the passing of family members. They were incredibly responsive & met every time table we threw at them. On top of that, they were very nice people as well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again - in fact I would not bother to call anyone else.

A good company to work with. Used them to drop off a trash bin in my back yard for a roof tear out. I had special circumstances involving some wires. They mentioned some concerns about this but said they would try to work it out and have some scenarios that would work out if we couldn’t drop off in the back yard. The driver was able to meet our needs and all worked out. Paul even decided what bin was the right size given our roof dimensions. A++ company. I am well pleased with their service.

I am from out of town and drove from California to clean out a storage unit thats been needing to be cleared. I came as soon i got a couple days off so needless to say.
