Everyone is so helpful. We had a couple changes in our initial order and each time we went in the staff was kind and accommodating. They have a very efficient computer system that prints out easy to read and understand reciepts. Delivery and pick up was a snap. Very friendly delivery people. All in all, very pleased to have used them for all the equipment rentals for my backyard wedding.

I was referred here by a friend to rent some cocktail tables for a party. I googled the company website, found the tables I needed and made a quick call to reserve the tables! It was so easy! It gets better...I rented the tables for a Saturday party. But since they are closed Sundays, I had to return the tables the following Monday which is a 1 day/24hr charge. Well I totally spaced and forgot to return the them Monday. I bring them in Tuesday after work, expecting to have to pay a late fee but the nice lady just waved and said Its fine! You can just drop them off at Bay 4. Its not very often people look the other way at latest returns! Thanks A to Z rentals!!

I’m updating my review after speaking with Bob Brown at A to Z.After reading my review he went directly to coach his staff on how this could’ve been handled better.He reached out to me and wanted to hear from me my concerns from what took place with his company and my rental experience. I went on to tell him that I hadn’t written my review the day it all happened, that I actually took a few days to calm down and write my review. I went into detail about everything below.Bob was kind and listened to everything I had to say. He agreed that they did not meet the expectations they should have met.Bob took care of me, and I truly appreciate that he stands behind his company, and wanted to do what he could to have me return in the future. Thank you Bob.I made reservations for items with Blanca on 8.21.19. A Margarita Machine, which I advised I wanted a single, not a double though she kept trying to get me to take a double. Two things of Margarita mix. Two chaffing pans with one long pan for food 4, and a divided pan 4”. Two 6 foot tables and 20 chairs. My invoice said to pick up at 8:05 am on 11.2.19.My husband arrived a little past 8am to find the facility closed. He went to the store nearby and went back just after 9am. Blanca was the person who was supposed to be helping him. She 1st told him she couldn’t find our reservation, even though he gave her our reservation number.They didn’t have a single margarita machine so he was forced to take the double. They had we were taking daiquiri syrup even though my invoice clearing says margarita syrup - two of them. They didn’t have two in inventory - so they ended up giving him a display jug. Who knows how long that had been sitting there. So they were both different color greens.When he returned home, we just unloaded everything into the garage until we were ready to set up late afternoon around 2pm.The tables were a complete joke. They were so beat up, that you HAD to cover them up. The chaffing pans didn’t have the food pans. They sent him home with one half divided pan, not a whole one divided... just one half, and the other chaffing pan had NO food pan.So I called immediately and talked with Blanca. She’s like well I don’t think we have any pans. Um... how do you not have the pans I rented? She puts me on hold a few minutes and then I got disconnected. I called back and was on hold a few more minutes. I was then told that we could come back in and get pans. I asked if I could send my 76 yr old MIL in because we were still preparing for our party 2 hours out. There was no way we could drive all the way back out there and back to our house and be ready to pick up food at 4pm. We live in EAST Queen Creek.So my MIL goes down there and they still don’t have the pans I told her she needs to pick up for me. So then she’s sending me pictures of food pans for me to chose from. This is INFURIATING. I made a reservation in AUGUST and have an invoice stating what I was renting, and paid half for at the time of the rental.We were offered NO apology, NO compensation. Terrible, terrible customer service.Sadly I had a recommendation for this company, and I’m unsure why - they were terrible. Do yourself a favor, find someone else, even if they are more, because you’ll probably get what you actually reserved and deposited for.

Horrible communication, unresponsive, failed to educate us on products needed with equipment rental that had to be purchased separately from a outside source, chairs and tables were filthy, cheap plastic dollar store table cloths were used on the 2 tables setup even though we paid for 5, 8 chairs used and the rest piled up in the corner, bouncy house was old worn and ugly! Unable to use cotton candy or snow cone machine. To make matters worst the vendor didn’t want to setup any table and chairs even though we paid for them in the package and vendor had the nerve to be irritated and annoyed with customer after they ruined first birthday and robbed mother of $750. Never again!

Everything was explained thoroughly, prices were decent. The pickup and drop off went smooth. Well definitely rent from here for our next big event.
