I’ve always had a great experience at this store. Viri, at the copy and print center, always gets things done quickly and right. If you need any prints or copies then this is your spot.

Clean & good customer service. Helpful & knowledgeable. Ladies over at the print out out counter very friendly. Cashier Genesis was very caring & attentive. She was just… a Gem ! Idk if she noticed I was having a bad day but she was very nice & polite. I appreciate that. She cared about her job. (Kudos to you) just venting. Overall … I love this staples. Will be my go to ! Thank you !!

Alex in print was so patient and kind with all of his customers! He simultaneously helped 3 of us and didnt miss a beat. He was patient, kind and helpful. All 3 of us were quickly assisted and didnt have to wait long to get our projects completed! Thanks Alex!!!!

Wish it was closer but I do love me some staples!

The girl at the print counter couldn’t take 30 seconds to cut the binding off my book. I didn’t want it bound, I just wanted the binding cut off. I worked at a print center - there’s a big guillotine cutter in the back that will do it in one go, and it takes no time at all.Went to FedEx across the street and they took care of me and it took, literally, 1 minute :)

Manager was very helpful several times when we came in looking at printers and couldnt decide on which to get. She spent a lot of time and helped us narrow it down to the one that fit us perfectly!

This team at this store is awesome! Great customer service. I went in to find a task chair and Hahn helped me find the perfect chair. He was so patient, kind, and made helpful suggestions. They put it together for me, and I came back the next day and Coury loaded it for me in my car. Melissa was fantastic too, very helpful. A year ago I purchased a chair from one of Staples competitors and it was the worst experience. The team at Staples went above and beyond. They have EXCELLENT customer service.

We were in need of some short notice business cards. The short version of the story is the first batch came out pretty bad so they redid them. The second batch was worse. Letters smeared, waves in the background color, white freckles where the cards wouldnt color. Every card was like that.When I asked what we could do to make it better I was told (direct quotes)-People come in expecting their cards to look like this.-Were not a print shop.-Any card with background color will have these issues.-Our printers are good but not like that good.I was hoping for suggestions on different paper or color or SOMETHING that could produce an acceptable card. Nope. Nothing. Apparently thats not an option because were not a print shop.

Like staples better than Office Max.

This store is awesome! Customer service and knowledge of staff is top notch! Shout out to Trevor in printing. Cory and Steron were more than helpful. This Staples location was super slow to complete a simple project and did not have it ready when they stated it would be. We came to pick up an order at the time the customer service girl told us it would be ready only to be told it was still not ready. The customer service girl did not apologize or offer an expedited option. I was unimpressed with her incompetence and will not be returning to this store for anything. I gave this review a second star because when the order was finally ready, the two guys working were friendly and offered decent customer service.

Horable customer service. The manager was extremely standoffish and rude. I always go to Office Depot and decided to try staples again. NOPE!!! Not going back to Staples anytime soon.

Trevor, did a great job at getting my ordering. He provided great customer service, got the job done, then followed up to let me know job was done. Store manager if you’re reading this give the man a raise!

They were really helpful. Their coupons are not always what they seem though. I had a coupon for a free cleaning supply; like a Clorox wipes but it was not really free it was up to 5 dollars. I had to pay 75 cents for it. They had other good specials so over all a really good trip. Store was kinda empty though. They really had a good costumer service.

Very nice print shop. Sent an order in for a rush job. They completed over 2000 prints in a day. Went in to pick it up and everything was great. Then the store manager messed it up some. The lady running the print shop was taking orders and informing people of their backlog. Im OK with that. A customer came in and started complaining because they couldnt print out flags on the large media printer right away. She explained the backlog but he kept complaining. He got the store manager and had them print them right away. Now as a customer that was in the que (and several others that were still there that had been just told it would be a day for their job), the store manager undermined his staff and put this guy in front of everyone else that was waiting. I feel bad for the lady running the print shop. She was doing a wonderful job until he got involved.

I feel most of the people who have positive experiences at stores to not compliment when a group of people have done an exceptional job. Today I had to drive to 15 minutes to pick up the item I bought, to this location. When I first walked in I was greeted with I smile and asked if I needed any help. I explain I was there to pick up a recently purchased item. the customer service guys were friendly and and sincere. I ended up buying some extra items, and the cashier was also friendly. I didnt have a long wait time. Overall I was impressed because I read the older reviews. What ever was going on in this store before has been turned around and into a positive. I can buy the same product at a number of different stores, but since i had a good shopping experience I will be a return customer to this location,

Called down to see if I could get something printed, 3 copies 19 pages each, black and white on plain paper. Was informed they were too busy but maybe could do it tomorrow. I told them I didnt need it for 2 1/2 hours, and they said if it was maybe 10 pages I could do it. Im no expert, but how hard is it to print 3 copies of something, no matter how many pages it is? And this is why I prefer to go to Office Max.

They had everything I was looking for and more. I got a great deal on a bluetooth shower speaker. Thank you Staples!

If buying paper to printing in their printing center make sure they can print on paper they sell.Tried to get wedding invitations and were told they cant do it because of the raised boarder on the paper we bought there. They didnt have suggested place to go to print this type of paper either.

Super busy, few people to help answer questions, and only one cashier. Also, while Ive tried to stay loyal, some of the exact items are $1+ cheaper at Office Max (sale items/school supplies).

So I go to buy a pen refill. Employees see me no offer for help. I find what I need go to register. I stand there and wait and wait. They see me but no one rings me up. Do not wonder why people no longer go into your store customer service. Why deal with the nasty people who work there when you can just order on line. Really your customer service really does suck. Left the refill at the counter and walked out. Never will go in again .

Management here rocks. I was a little desperate but, they took phenomenal care of me. I love this staff.

Horrible customer service at this location. Their printing services was being ran by an actual general manager that literally said I can only give you service you need but only because our system requires your phone number. To me this says, Do what I say or go somewhere else. I think his name was David. This is no way to treat people and rest assured if I see David on the side of the road broke down in 110 degree weather I am not stopping to help. From now on I will try to do most of my printing around the corner from where I live because that staples location doesnt need peoples private information.

They now have all that I need here. The service isnt all yhat great sometimes but mostly great. Printing job a bit costly.

After trying 2 other Staples to make holiday cards, this location was the only one that seemed to have working computers. Besides their poor selection of cards, the overall experience was a hassle. They were supposed to be ready the next day but they were not. Employee said their printer broke. Went back a couple days later to pick them up and they didnt have the right size envelopes that were supposed to come with the cards. They gave me a bigger size or said I could come back when they have more. My first year making holiday cards and I was looking forward to a great experience but it turned into something i regret trying. Seemed like everything was going wrong at this store and I will certainly NEVER spend my money at another Staples.

There was only one item on the shelf of the product I wanted to purchase. It had been opened and pilfered. I couldnt get anyones attention on the floor so I asked the cashier if they had any more. She let me know that 11 more were in stock and paged someone to help.I walked back into the main aisle of the store where two teenage boys were standing and staring at me. I asked them to find the rest of the stock, one with dark hair said he didnt know where they were. SERIOUSLY???? I said, neither do I, but I dont work hereIf that were my store he would have been booted out the door. The second teen just stared at me, he would have been fired as well.

This place sucks for printing. I ordered business cards to be printed and was told they would be available the following day. I went to the store the next day ant they told me it would be ready by 7:30 PM.(Why it takes an entire 2 days to print 1000 business cards is beyond me) I went to the store just after 7:30 and they were already closed even though they should have been open until 8 PM. I requested the cards printed in store because I needed them now but I have to wait a total of 3 days before I can get my business cards that should have taken half an hour to make. The people running this are completely incompetent and incapable of running a business. Next time I am taking my printing needs elsewhere, this place does not deserve my business nor anyone else.

These guys continually come through with my business needs every time! Even tonight, cutting my order at the last minute. Thanks team!!

I have never written a review about anyone or anything before, but my experience with this Staples was so bad, I feel compelled to do so. The staff in the copy/print center was very rude and unhelpful, both on the phone and in person. I have been in there 3 times over the last week trying to get this simple job printed. The fist time I was in there the manger helped me, but was very disengaged, he was talking a few times to whoever was speaking in his ear piece, and seemed to be half listening to me when I spoke to him, which explains why my order was messed up. Its not the fact that they messed my order up that has bothered me, it is the customer service, horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! Whenever I have to call, (copy/print center) I am put on hold for long periods of time, and they are just unfriendly and unhelpful. . . . . .maybe they need to hire more staff. I will say that when I was looking for supplies in the store, the people on the floor are very friendly and helpful, it is the copy/print center that needs and attitude adjustment. I am one disappointed customer, once I pick my order up I will never go to this Staples again!

Abhorrent customer service from the Supervisor of the Copy/Print center here. After 12 embarrassingly failed attempts to properly print a high res .pdf on a piece of paper, I was told this will be the last time we can try and print it [because Im incompetent and cant figure it out even though Im the manager over here]. Left highly unsatisfied with the least defective print she managed to produce with her hours of training how to hit ctrl-p.

Very disappointed with their office furniture display. I was also roaming around the furniture area for quite some time and I had the wave someone down to help me. Needless to say customer service needs some attention at this location.

Staff is horrible and rude ordered a firestick a month ago was told shipments was going to be in the same week I paid..... Waited and waited no firestick I forgot I even ordered it after a month I call the store to check on it they been received a shipment but I never received a phone call about my order being ready...Very Poor services!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im very dissatisfied with their customer service. I came in today to print off 30 pages of text from a book and the woman in the photo section refused to help me. She said she wouldnt print off more than 10 pages for me. That baffled me. I dont understand the problem, I have money and they have paper. There was no one else in the store so its not like she was busy. She seemed irritated that she actually had to do something. I spend a lot of money here but after today I will be going to office max.

Literally the worst Staples. Somehow the machine used for cutting business cards is always broken. With all the supplies in the place they cant figure out another way to cut paper? Transfer the order to another Staples that doesnt have a broken machine? Nope, not possible. REALLY?!
