We have been using postal connections for the last five years. They are always helpful, speedy, professional, and friendly. We prefer going here for all of our postal needs over the post office any day.

I’ve been using this family operated business for several years for everything from mailboxes to notary and shipping services. I even drop off prepaid packages there occasionally and they are able to give me a receipt to ensure timely delivery which they are not technically required to do. Good people.

I stopped by on 6/15/16, to print a few pages. Kevin was so helpful and kind. The Higley discount was great!Kevin and Kathy are an amazing duo who run this beautiful place. I felt like an inconvenience to the man helping me today. I went to FedEx, they were kind and helpful. By the way they didnt need a phone number.

Kathy was wonderful! Very friendly and notarized my documents without any issues. I was also able to drop off a few packages for USPS pickup while I was there, which saved me a trip to the post office.

As an eBayer, I really enjoy having a convenient postal service location that has USPS, UPS, and FedEx pick-ups. The owners are friendly and informative. There are usually no lines, sometimes maybe 1-2 people in front of me during the day, but otherwise proficient.

I mostly just drop off FedEx packages here, but on many occasion I have bought postal supplies, and theyre always very courteous and the checkout process is very quick.

I went there to have somethings notorized and was not told until after having the papers notorized that it was $10 per signature! What a RIP off! The lady at the counter then said that will be $120. I almost fell over! I thought it was $10 total, not per signature. Never going back! EVER!

This particular location on Higley and Williams Field has very poor if any customer service. You are not acknowledged when you walk in, and at the end they do not appreciate your business. In this day and age of so many options for service, they have lost a customer in me. I will take my business elsewhere. No wonder the store was quiet, hardly anyone goes there.

Great staff and customer service. My needs are always met regardless of how busy they are.

Dropped a package thursday and didnt ship out until monday night. Granted Friday was a holiday I dont understand why it didnt make it out Thursday or Saturday. I will just go to the post office to make sure my items are mailed on time.
