We watched an online side gate lock installation video posted by the owner Robert and knew this was exactly what we wanted. We reached out to him and he was extremely experienced, professional, and great to work with. We had a great experience throughout this process because of Robert’s deep product knowledge, great communication, and excellent customer service. Great service. Had a lock on an RV that was sitting out in the elements for 10+ years and I had lost the keys. Technician was able to take the time to impression the lock. He also had to clean up the locking mechanism to get it back to properly working. Technician was on time, polite and well skilled.

I needed a replacement locking mechanism for a small security gate outside my front door. I first tried calling one of the companies on Angies List with more reviews overall, but they werent able to locate the locking mechanism I needed. ACME Locksmith, however, was able to help me right away. I texted over a picture of what I needed and they were able to order it in a matching finish and have it installed right away. The degree of professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness was 5 star quality. I would call ACME again for any locksmith needs.

They say you can measure someone’s character best when they don’t know you’re watching. I would also say the same is true for companies that “could” take advantage of a situation but instead take the high road.We had a break-in to our company location several days ago that required we get our door locks replaced. Not only was Mike from Acme Locksmith on time, he took the extra time to explain what he was doing - plus I was NOT gouged with huge fees, the pricing for replacement locks was very reasonable. Michael made keys for my motorhome. The ignition was the easy one, he went old school creating the keys for the door and storage compartments. An artist among technicians.

I called Acme less than a week ago and today they were in my home installing new locks. They told me about an option where I can save money if all they replace was the keyhole and not the entire dead bolt and door lock equipment itself. The technician, Dave, was so expedient and efficient. You can tell he loves his job and he knows It well. From now on, the only locksmithing company that I will use iand refer friends and family to is Acme. Trust me, youll be impressed with their service.
