Exaalgia took over the hosting of my website from another company and provides ZERO service, I cant get anyone to return a phone call or an email. Ive emailed the contacts I was given: danny@exaalgia, info@exaalgia, brian@exaalgia, support@exaalgia with no resolution to my site problems. (I have sent messages saved in my Gmail dating back to 05/21). They continue to draft my checking account for fees, but no one is managing my website, my ecommerce page has become unusable, as I reported to them last year. Ive lost thousands of dollars in online sales as a result. I want to migrate my site to another hosting service, but cant event get a hold of someone to help me back up the site for the migration. Ridiculously unprofessional and non existent customer service.
