Our business was growing and we engaged Big Tuna to help us out and they helped us with a great website and did a great job with us for a few years. But that is not why I am sharing this review. When it came time for us to move on (we got a lot bigger and more complex), they made that process easy and even helped out with a technical issue a month or so after we had moved on - with the same great level of helpful service that had made us a happy customer while we were with them. I have recommended them a few times, and feel good about it every time.

The process for building our company website was very easy and Big Tuna was very responsive to all of our questions. We had a domain and email addresses coming in, and were unsure if we would have to start all over with a new web address. That was not the case at all. Big Tuna was able to use our existing info and now they manage all of the renewals and technical parts that I just simply dont have time to handle. We are extremely happy with our website.

They claimed they talked to me last January about web design, my office was closed and phone disconnected. What a joke. Unfortunately many companies use this marketing tactic, claiming they spoke with you months ago when in reality it is just a come on. Good thing they have so many satisfied customers to keep them busy.

Big Tuna was GREAT! Patient, creative, and knowledgeable of what a company needs for a complete website. Really enjoyed working with them on a project that went so smoothly.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called this company to have my current website rebuilt for my company. They were recommended to me by a colleague for whom they did a website for. I thought they did a great job for my colleague so I decided to call them. The rep I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I asked him a lot of questions just to get an idea of what the capabilities of the company were and found out that was a bad idea. I had a couple of projects in mind that I wanted done and explained that my current project would be very simple and that the more difficult projects would be down the road. The rep said I would receive a proposal for my website rebuild via email that I can review and submit back to them to start the project. Instead, he emailed me back saying that they would not be doing my website for me due to the complexity of what I am requesting. I wrote back to explain that I only needed a simple website done currently and that the complex questions were for future projects and to get an idea of what they can do. My email was disregarded and he would not give me a straight answer of why they were declining service to me. When I tried calling the company they dodged my calls and would only respond via email. I could not get a straight answer out of the rep and I was very disappointed in the manner that Big Tuna goes about turning down a customer. It seems that if you have basic knowledge of how a website is created and SEO they do not want to work with you at all. Horrible business practice and very unprofessional. I am part of a national network and was going to give them large exposure upon the completion of my website. Instead they chose to treat me like garbage without even a basic explanation.

Big Tuna Web recently finished my company’s second website. As a property manager I need to target a large region, yet specifically on the town and bordering towns of each complex. They were able to not only create a website about my company, but also for each complex at a very affordable cost. Potential tenants and clients have been contacting me at a much higher rate since my initial website has been up and running on the internet. I’ll be happy to see the results of my next project.

Our experience with the Big Tuna team has been excellent from original website development, to monthly hosting and maintenance and now website updates. Kevin, Brandon and Eric at Big Tuna are awesome to work with! We are a small company with 2 websites. We needed a lot of changes made on both sites. Also needed the websites to be more compatible with smart phones. It took about a month to get both websites completed. I loved the way they clearly told us each step of revising our websites and about how long it would take them. Eric is one patient dude! Im an RN - NOT a computer expert! I gave him all kinds of suggestions and additions to our web pages. He made most of the changes and then very nicely told me why some of my ideas wouldnt work. It made perfect sense after he explained it to me. Thats why we hired Big Tuna because Roger and I didnt have the wisdom to do it ourselves. They do. They ROCK!Ive e-mailed several additions to our websites during the past couple months and they generally get it added the same day or at the latest the next day. They follow up with an e-mail letting us know that theyve completed the work. We love how the reasonable monthly fee covers web hosting as well as renewing our domain names.Our biggest concern is staying on the lst page of search engines. We have a very competitive business and it seemed like our competitors were always listed ahead of us. I checked today and both websites are on the lst page of Google and Yahoo.
