So I have been ordering from this place for the dry goods for my fish store for the past three months. The way their system works is when you order online, they invoice you for the shipping separately. I guess they werent able to run my card for the shipping of $10.50. Peter the owner gave me a call and treated me with such disrespect that I dont know how this place stays in business. He even went as far as to say that I have only spent $1000 with them in the last couple months and it is not even worth dealing with me since I dont spend very much with them. Not sure how this business ethics works for them. I own a business and I dont care of a customer only spends $5 with me, they are still a customer and should be treated as such. Thank God for social media and technology. I am easily able to pump this to the masses and all 100,000 plus of my followers and friends in the fish community. I have since signed up with another company and will be preaching this from the rooftops and making sure all of my suppliers and friends in the industry find out how this guy acts. I personally wish I never spent a. Penny with this clown.
