Way to slow to get supplies, only one person doing everything..wasted half my morning waiting around for help..need to find another supplier I guess..because my time is valuable to

Vern is the WORST salesperson Ive EVER had to deal with. He constantly forgets to include items in bid packages we send him to price out. The last bid he forgot to include ALL the 8 gate valves (@ $1,000 each) then sends an extra one at delivery, of course billing us for it. I hate dealing with this company, they will not do anything to resolve this issue but my hands are tied because I am not responsible for ordering, just have to deal with the problems when we dont have the parts to install, or have to drive to HD to exchange the wrong items for the ones we ordered, IF they even have them.
