10/10 people agree. If you want someone you can’t reach for weeks, changes your room without telling you and doesn’t provide anything beyond a google search, hire her. At least I could have told the hotel myself it was a bday celebration, got our rooms near each other and booked the room I wanted. All ten friends learned that if they ever use a travel agent again, it would be a step up no matter what.

Karen helped me with planning my familys vacation to Disneyland last month and everything was to my familys liking. From the hotel stay and the tickets to both parks. I will recommend her to anyone.

My vacation planning with Karen started in March 2019. Little did we know that over the course of 2+ years, wed be hit with a Pandemic! What a nightmare it has been! If it wasnt for Karen and her relentless fight on our behalf, we would have been out $7,000 for a cruise that was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times! And yes...we bought travel insurance. The cruise line wanted to give us FCCs instead of a refund. Karen fought for us until the cruise line buckled and finally agreed to provide us a full refund!Now...for the GOOD news!! Although we are not able to take the cruise we wanted (due to Canada water ports being closed until at least 02/2022), Karen helped us find a GREAT vacation package that takes us to our intended destination...ALASKA!Karen and her associate, Andrea are both professional, personable, and well-informed on the day-to-day changes and updates to the travel industry. We were updated regularly, and received timely responses when we reached out.This was our first time using a travel agent, and I dont know why anyone would NOT choose to use this service, as theres no additional cost to the consumer. I think the best part of having Karen and Andrea help us was their knowledge of so many small details of the trip we were booking. From the excursion experience to the quality of the hotels, these ladies were able to make recommendations based on their own personal travel experiences, and the shared experiences of their other customers.Theyre a wealth of knowledge, with a friendly face! What more could you ask for?! :)

I contacted Dream Vacations to price a vacation and was offered multiple resorts that fit my exact specifications and in my budget discussed. We determined the one we wanted andbooked our vacation through Dream Vacations and the service has been amazing. I have referred 2 friends to book their travel through Dream Vacations and they have been extremely satisfied too. I have ran into a couple issues because of COVID-19, but was guided through with skill by Andrea with better than expectedresults. I really appreciate the service provided and will use Dream Vacations for all of my future travel.

We booked a cruise with Karen Coleman-Ostrov & Assoc for May 2021. The booking experience was amazing- very professional/knowledgable and the best price with even on-board $ included!-Anyway, due to COVID, it was cancelled by cruise line. I called Karen Coleman-Ostrov regarding deposit refunds. I got a live person (Karen) first ring (no phone tree or waiting on hold with cruise line :) ) She took care of us and assured us right away that a full refund would be processed. Mind you- for all the previous work and the fact that the cruise was cancelled- they did not receive any payment or charge any fees! We will definitely rebook our cruise with this company when the COVID mess is over!

For 2 years, I had planned to bring my fathers ashes to Italy. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted the trip to look like. Karen made all of my wishes come true from beginning to end. Her attention to detail was like none other. From Rome to Ofena to Sorrento. The airlines, the trains, the car rental, the bed & breakfast, the hotels....the experience off the beaten path was what I desired and Karen delivered. I wouldnt hesitate to call Karen for all of my travel needs!

Karen saved the day! We arrived in Fort Lauderdale thinking we would book a cruise last minute. Little did we know that at New Years that is a major ask. Karen found us a great cruise for a wonderful price at the last minute. We had a fantastic time. I think Karen offers top-notch service.

This trip was number 1 on my bucket list so I didnt want any misses. Thats what prompted me to use a travel agent. My trip was planned out for me without any effort on my part-just show up! I got regular updates prior to and during vacation so no surprises. Karen worked to find me the best prices, fit my schedule, and was flexible with my needs. The tour company I was booked with was awesome, very accommodating.I would highly recommend Karen and her team to anyone and look forward to my next adventure!!

Highly disappointed. We purchased 4 tickets for our once a year vacation from Dream Vacations. We were told we were better off letting the airlines select our seats rather than paying the fee to sit together. We are all in middle seats, no where near each other. On top of that, we cant go into our reservation and change our seats. We are locked out because we purchased thru a travel agent. Never again!! You can get what you want if you do it yourself. DO NOT USE A TRAVEL AGENT. I guess the industry is going away for a reason.

They were able to get us the vacation we wanted for a lot less than quoted at other places. Very professional and outgoing. Will be using them again.

Fantastic Trip!! Almost everything went as planned and expectations were surpassed. (Dream Vacations - DV)Upon arrival we made it through the Cancun airport and customs. We didnt know we had to go through two different types of entrance checks. We exited as directed by DV and began to look for the representative in an orange shirt from Vacation Express/Sunwing Experiences and/or signage as was explained in our provided directions. So, there must have been 10 guys in orange shirts, okay I searched for the signage. No signage with anything close to the above. So, I just start asking for Vacation Express/Sunwing representatives. I was pointed to a guy (who was wearing a orange shirt with a unrelated company name). He had our flight information and told us he also repd for the other companies. A little weary of this guy, but he had all our info, so we waited. Eventually we were taken to our Resort. YEAH!!!Upon arrival at El Dorado Maroma we were very impressed with the greeting and professionalism.Everything was as expected, excellent. I had done some research on the All inclusive programs and found many hotels force guests to make eating reservations and then when the time comes they say there are none available, forcing you to find your own place to eat on your $$. I had been assured before we left no reservations were needed, but first thing we were told upon arrival was we need to make dinner reservations. Oh boy here we go! However, after we made all the reservations, each at a different restaurant on-site, we were extremely happy with the amount and quality of the cuisine. Actually too much food.A Vacations Express representative was supposed to meet us the next day at our hotel and provide options for local events. I waited 20 min of my vacation time past our appointment time and he did not show up. They also make your return transportation arraignments. The concierge at he hotel was able to call them for us and confirm our return transportation. I was NOT HAPPY about this.The facilities were immaculate. The beach was groomed and there was always an attendant to handle any request. Top shelf liquor. And when you drink them out of the current inventory, they will restock immediately.So this seems more of a review for the resort, but all of these things were requested of Dream Vacations and they hit the mark on each one. Tell them what you want and what you dont want and let them do their thing.HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs. Karen was a joy to work with, she helped me book the best cruise Ive ever been on. She was attentive to what I was interested in, therefor gave me personalized options. I wont book through anybody else. *No extra charge

Karen was outstanding to work with and made the process seamless from start to finish! The service was outstanding and my family loved our vacation. In fact, we returned from our cruise on Saturday and already booked our next cruise with Karen only 2 days later! Karen was awesome!

Do not book with them they seemed nice and they told us they found us a better deal and what really happened is they took all the perks away and you don’t find out till your already on your vacation I picked the package where breakfast was included drinks also and we got there and they said no it wasn’t part of the package I have emails saying it was and so when I called they said to bad your lose unless I wanted to pay more money to dream vacations so they costed all 5 of us more than 100 to 200 dollars. The hotel they picked was horrible we paid extra for a room to fit our 5th friend and she ended up sharing a twin bed with another girl. So don’t trust them or believe what they tell you.

She is amazing and really does an amazing job on getting you the best deals! We had the best time in Jamaica and Karen had alot to do with that! Now all my trips are being book with her and her team!

I absolutely love Ms. Karen!! She honestly takes time to accommodate each and every one of your needs. We have used her services twice, last year July 2015 we took a trip to Las Vegas, then just a week ago we traveled to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Every thing that we asked for she provided. We had transportation to and from the airport, we stayed at an all-inclusive resort, she stayed under our budget, we were near places that had excusions and she made sure each one of us were in control of our own payments. We will definitely continue to book our travels with Ms. Karen, because she is very dependable and trustworthy!
