Richard and Kristen made our honeymoon an absolute blast! We were running out of time to plan our honeymoon and didnt want to spend the time and effort to research everything we needed to know for a fantastic trip, we had never thought about using a travel agent before, but now I dont want to go on vacation without Richard and Kristens help! They ensured every last detail was perfect. The hotel they picked out for us in Costa Rica was our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in our lives. They set up private transfers and made sure transportation was on time and reliable. The amount of hours saved us is unfathomable. Our excursions could not have been better - white water rafting, zip lining, and coffee tours were incredible and gave us a true taste of Costa Rica! Especially with all of the COVID restrictions, Richard and Kristen made sure we had all the right insurance and knew the guidelines, which made us at ease. The morning of our return flight, our flight got cancelled and we needed to get back to the states for work. Richard and Kristen were up in the early morning hours helping us find alternate flights, which coming from a foreign country is no easy task. We were able to rearrange flights and transportation and still leave on the same day- we couldnt have done it without their guidance and constant communication. Thank you both for EVERYTHING!!!

Our cruise was magical!!! The details were worked out perfectly! The River Cruise line that Richard and Kristin chose for us was top notch. We had complications with our flight (the airlines fault). We called R & K and they immediately went to work on it. While we were on our cruise, a family emergency occurred back in the States. We messaged R & K and they took care of all of those travel arrangements as well. We can’t say thank you enough for the care provided and the professionalism with which it was executed. I give Cruise Planners (CP) 5 stars. Now in my 70’s and being diagnosed with Parkinson’s I require more help in planning and taking cruises and other special trips. Recently went to Australia and took a cruise. This was the first time using CP as I was unhappy with previously used agencies. I was a “walk-in”. I was always made to feel like I was important to them. In a few days I received several itineraries based on my description of what type of trip my wife and I were thinking about. One of my brothers and his wife decided to go with us and they live out of state. Throughout the planning and execution of the final plans CP was eager to make it the trip one we would remember and not exceed our budget. Before leaving CP made sure everything was in place. We had no problems and everything came off like clockwork. If there had been any glitches we felt secure in knowing CP would be there to assist us if needed. We are looking foreword to our next destination working with Cruise Planners, who make it all so easy and willing to put up with our idiosyncrasies and changes. Our quality of life has improved since the CP group.

Communication with the planners needs to improve. There were several instances where my wife and I requested a phone call or an e-mail and waited several days and up to a week once for contact back regarding questions about flights etc.Maybe we shouldn’t have paid so much in advance. We were taken for granted.

Richard and Kristin did a great job before and after our trip. Look forward to working with them again for our next trip!!
