Amazing! I was hesitant about hiring help to clean but it was well needed. It didn’t take as long as I expected and I had great communication throughout the cleaning. It smelt amazing and it’s great to have a fresh good deep clean.

Hannah and Issac were a on time, professional, diligent and respectful. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my apartment and the service was above my expectations and satisfaction. I am very happy with the cleaning service, and even though it may be a little more expensive than other options, in my opinion it is well worth it, and I will be using them again. The girls did an absolutely amazing job and we were so thrilled with how wonderful and clean everything was by the end of their six hour visit. So very happy with the work done in our home. The team was polite, professional, thorough, and awesome communicators. They let me know what they were doing this visit and what would be done the next. We switched to Two Maids and Mop after years of using unreliable cleaning services and/or working with individuals. In either of these circumstances we encountered frequent same-day no-shows or needing to reschedule 30-minutes from arrival time. The flip-side of the coin is this company. Every encounter from the first call to needing to change our cleaning days, or the teams that come to clean are always extremely pleasant. The team will text prior to arriving, has yet to cancel (after nearly three months of service), and are all so kind and willing to make changes if needed. We cant recommend this company any more highly. Today we had Kenzie, Paige, and Meranda. Please get this team a lunch for how amazing they are.

The process for initiating services was super easy. Once Lauren and Bri arrived, they got started right away; they have great attention to detail and Im quite pleased!

Great communication, great cleaning job. Overall pleased! Note: Homeowners left A/C at 82 degrees and next day when we came to the house the air was turned down and left at 69 degrees by house cleaner(s) which was not ideal. Would recommend still!

When I booked the team for a deep clean of my parents house there was a hiccup in the booking. Michell got a hold of me personally and not only fixed the problem, but made my life so much easier by giving me the exact time I needed to care for my elderly father since my Mom had just passed.The team was incredible! So nice, so detailed, and so respectful of our loss.On top of everything, Michell partnered us with an organization that assists the elderly. When I needed to fill out an application, she did it on my behalf so I could concentrate on my Moms service.When I say this location of Two Maids is beyond expectation....I say it with so much love in my heart for what they did for us during a very difficult time.RECOMMEND 10,000%!!!

Setting the up the appointment was easy and the few questions I had were answered. The team showed up on time and we walked through what was to be done. Although they did a thorough job, a few missed things or something they could have done better, was found during the walk through with the manager. This was immediately rectified which was ideal. Great job and highly recommend!

Online booking could be easier. I thought that I booked move out package, only to learn after I booked 2.5 hrs. My team did an outstanding job with the time they were there. Jessica and Jayme -Team 10- did a wonderful job deep cleaning my house. They were right on time and they were very professional and very nice. It was a real challenge and they definitely came through. We have 2 big dogs, 2 puppies and we get irrigation plus the fact I hate cleaning floors it was a really tough job. My floors and the rest of my house looks great! Im looking forward to having them back every 2 weeks and a beautiful clean house from now on.

This was the first time we used two maids. We were very happy with how well things were cleaned. The girls were friendly and took their time and did a great job. We did the deep clean which we highly recommend if you have not had a clean before. We have a three year old so things are always needing to be cleaned and it was so nice to have it all done at one time.

Even with short notice they were able to schedule a time for our move out cleaning. They were on time and did not miss a step, they went right to work cleaning every room in the house making sure to not miss a single detail from baseboards to fans they got it all. the thing that really impressed me was when the Supervisor showed up to make sure that nothing was overlooked. Ive used them a long time now and sure, on a rare occasion Ill see a spot was missed and think - maybe this visit was just 9/10 - but anytime Ive ever called out something missed they are very responsive and make absolutely sure its taken care of and Im happy.This last visit was possibly the best one yet. If I could give more than 10/10 I would. I had to go out of town last minute and asked them for some special requests, like to call me upon arrival so I could let them in remotely, and to let my dogs back in the house once they were done so they wouldnt be outside in the heat too long.They just went above and beyond. Not only did they do the usual excellent job cleaning the house but communicated with me throughout the whole time, handling my special requests and even noticed my dogs were out of water outside and asked me if it was ok if she refills it for them :)Couldnt be happier with this service. I am so happy with Team 2: Elizabeth, Mariah, and Shahnee. They were professional and efficient. Most importantly, our home was sparkling clean when they were finished. I feel comfortable asking them to address any issues. The managers walking through gave me an extra level of assuredness that everything was done correctly.

Happy with the cleaning. Kind of pricey but well worth the money. Had less expensive cleaners but they started off doing a good job but didn’t seem to last long term. Have a good feeling about Two maids and a mop.

We first used them for a Move-in/out clean and liked the service and signed-up for Monthly cleaning. They do a good job every time they come-out. They pay attention to our needs and take the time to do a good job. They don`t charge hourly which I believe is great as the team is then not pressured to clean in a certain time period. They always ask to do a walk through to make sure we are satisfied with the cleaning. I would recommend Two Maids & A Mop.

I had my very first deep house clean done by Two Maids and a Mop and I am thoroughly impressed! I came home to a house that hasnt been this clean since it was brand new! I kept finding new areas that were clean that I didnt even realize were dirty! The employees were kind, sweet and professional and worked so hard to make sure this new mom didnt have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend this company, and a special shout out to Vida and Daniela for such an amazing job!

Update 2/15/20: We once had a clean from a couple of new maids that was not quite up to par, but after calling Michelle she personally came out the next day and had a thorough run through fixing anything as necessary. We just had another clean and the ladies did so well! This company will even send an auditor out to make sure the clean is up to standard. I dont recommend any other cleaning company the service is above and beyond!Ana and Maria did a great job! We were told that some things may be missed for now as they work up to maintenance monthly cleaning (which I totally understand, we didnt do a deep cleaning) but I cant find a single thing they didnt do. The house is spotless, dusted, and done in a few hours. This is our new go to cleaning service, Thank you!

I went with the Design With Time package and it was fantastic! They did a wonderful job and my house was so clean when they were finished! Not only did they get everything on my list done, but they had a little time left over and were able to clean a few extra items for me!! I used this company for a year until we caught one of the maids clean a toilet with a cloth and then use it to wipe other things with it. They were soooo slow it would put me in a bad mood when ever they came to clean. I’d rather do it myself then have them come and clean. We were told we had their two best cleaners. Yikes!! I was paying $420 each time they came.Ryan you know who I am. You tried to bribe me to take down my post. I don’t want a refund of $420. I want people to know my experience so they can decide for themselves.
