Pull N Save Gilbert is my favorite junkyard in Arizona! Very close to my home and convenient. I come here on a regular basis, I would say once every week or two weeks. They keep my car is running even if I am on a budget. Great prices, will always come back. I need to mention two kind gentlemen that stood out, Alex and Tyylor have been very helpful with finding parts. I recommend all people to never hesitate to do business with this junkyard!

I keep going back because they have a few different vans like mine. Im restoring a 1993 Chevy G30 van. Ive gotten seats, a console, handles, a door and some other stuff. Reasonable prices. Bring your own tools to remove what you need. Theyll give you a map and let you know if they have any cars like yours and give you directions.

The woman that I spoke with on the phone, was extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! She was kind, and she took the time to patiently address every one of my issues. She also filled me in on the store hours, the fees, the importance of keeping my receipt (in case of a possible return, and for the warranties on the parts.) She covered every base! She definitely went above and beyond my expectations! She was able to answer every one of my questions, and she even provided me with other options and compatible vehicles that would work for my truck! I actually wish that I would have gotten her name! She works at the Gilbert location, on Cooper Rd. though,...and she is awesome! She deserves a commendation for her excellent customer service! I hope that her employers know what an incredible person that they have working for them!

Place Is awesome. Very helpful staff. Very clean and organized layout. Easy to find vehicles. Inexpensive parts. Excellent location. Even have cold drinks on site, to purchase of course. 10☆ outta 5☆!!!!!

Just sold them my 1998 Camry and it went great! Staff was very helpful and professional. Got the price I was quoted over the phone. I was in and out, no muss no fuss. No screwing around. I would recommend selling your car to them if you want an easy painless experience.

Great people with good attitudes as staff. The shifter for my families 2010 impala works great. Its even an improved design that doesnt move the wiring with the shifter. 5 stars. Being extra tools

The price is right at this place. Not too overfilled with cars that have much of what I am looking for, but I did find some things I could very well use. Again, the price made my decision very easy to make… and I took the parts!

Only two bucks to get in and they will print out a ticket telling you where vehicles are that might have the parts you want. Real friendly staff.

Went in asked for the part got the entry slip walked straight to the vehicle pulled the part went in paid and gone .they were on top of their game no hassles no second guessing. I was quite pleased with the whole trip

Worst experience I’ve ever had, went through check in the first day everything went perfect battery died/they closed soon. So I come back the next day go to check in and they say I can’t bring my tools in. Clearly I could yesterday nothing changed. Then I pressed the situation as to why I could be in there cutting the front end off the day before and they said if anyone saw that they’d tell me to leave but in fact I talked to two of there yard techs and spent 4 hours wasting my time just to almost get into a physical fight from their own employee stepping out of line trying to put his hands up to fight me. Terrible just terrible

They really have all the parts you could ever need for a car or truck 10 years old or newer....

I Will never choose a different place to go to when selling my vehicles the tow truck driver was awesome and the prices for the vehicles I couldnt believe what I got when I had an issue after selling they worked with me and helped me fix the issue after selling I truly recommend you go through these guys if you dont want to get burned. Dont show up after 5 pm because they will not let you in. However, if you get there before 5 you are allowed to enter the picking yard but you have to be out of the picking yard by 5:30 pm.Business hours should show the business closing at 5 pm instead of 5:30 pm.

Staff is super friendly. The yard is well organized. Found everything we needed!

Went to get a computre for my car I called firrst and was told thay had 2 then I get ther aand thay dont have nothing I was lied to and thay serrvice is the pooreest ever no respect I came from coolidge az for nothhing do not go off thay worde youll go for nothing real talk.

The layout is good. They have everything documented. Easy to locate areas. Staff is very friendly. Prices are fair. They have a lot of newer models cars and trucks. Not a lot of older vehicles. That’s is why I gave 4 stars.

During the Age of the Plague I was unable to go down to the business itself. This, however, shows how great these people are as they came to my home to come get my car I had for sale. I was offered a fair price, they came and towed it away (by a seriously professional driver who was also training someone), helped me know what paperwork I needed, & let me have one last moment with my 16 yr old car. Good business, good people.

Its ok!?!But Im a busy person,and when I say Im looking for a part, and you say you have it, and how much youre going to charge me for ., I go to your place,you then charge me $2 to go out in your hot smelly junkyard, to find out you dont have it you just wasted an entire 2 hours of my day, with traveling there and traveling back!!!!And to bring insult to injury, its like a slap in the face to charge me $2, its not the money mind you,its the fact that you charge me $2 on top of wasting my time so I had to pay $2 to waste my time.Time is very valuable to me

The staff was very polite and helpful on the phone, suggesting numerous locations for our convenance in locating the parts that we required. They have complimentary carts to help carry your tools on entrance and carry the same with the parts you needed on the way back out. They were always smiling and spoke in a number of languages for the customers convenience. I highly recommend this outfit since they have a large selection to choose from should you require pre-owned parts.

Ive been to all the other locations, from the staff to how organized the yard is this is the best pullnsave yet.

Awesome place to shop and save just got a complete Exaust system for a 1989 gmc van for 46$ including two o2 censors and all the hangers.only had to remove two bolts and done.

Unsatisfactory, my first and last time here, $2 entry fee, no active service or veteran discounts! Prices are outrageously high! You might as well go to a regular auto recycler and pay the same price and have the part pulled for you. Never heard of a core charge, on a Hood, door, fenders and most parts! Plus no exchanges or returns unless you purchase $ warranty, yes purchase an exchange so called warranty. What a joke! SMH Not even store credit, crooked money gougers. Buyer beware, call others and compare prices.The only positive is good helpful yard and counter staff, thank you keep up the good work because this is the only good thing this company has going for it!

Dont try to explain anything to Jeremy (I believe that was his name)if you dont know every little detail. I called with a question about a bumper for a 2012 Ford Mustang. Jeremy was rude from the start, rushed me off the phone as if I was interrupting something . He acted as if I was mindless for not knowing one detail when I tried to explain the best that I could. At the end of the one sided conversation he said No then hung up. I will not recommend this location nor any other Pull n Save if this is how they treat their customers.

Saved me a TON of $$ when I bent a rim on my 2014. First one I looked at had 3 good rims. Even had a good tire so no space saver spare! Kid at Sams Club recommended them!

I liked it a lot because most savage or yards are not open on Sundays this one is. They have a great staff very knowledgeable and very courteous I would recommend this salvage yard . They have a great parking lot not all stained and oiled up very clean and smooth unlike others Ive been to but overall Ill give this place five stars.

All the vehicles at this location are picked all to hell. They need more to pick from. We did, however, find a set of wheels and tires for our pickup in the lobby. Next time we need parts, well just go to Phoenix.

Convenient if you can pull your own parts. Good customer service, friendly. You can ride a trailer to get to your row of cars, and when you are finished getting what you need, you can ride the trailer back to home base. Bring plenty of water to drink, it is hot out there in the yard!

Much cleaner and organized than all the other yards Ive been to and Ive been to them all here in Arizona. On top of that there were hot dogs and drinks for everyone today for free. The new manager definitely knows what he or she is doing and I can see businesses better than ever. I hope they value whoever it is and empower them to change the standard here in Arizona.

They had exactly what I was looking for, for my Audi.The staff were nice, and tell you exactly where you need to go to find your part. Best thing is that you have a warranty just in case your part doesnt work!

Best pick-a-part experience I have ever had. They pull the parts and you verify they have the right part before even leaving your house. Couldnt be easier finding a replacement part for an older car. And the price was very reasonable!

Im trying to figure out why they are telling me, over the phone, that the only thing they do here is crush cars for metal. Offered me $150 for my still running car and made it seem like they were just getting rid of the car for metal. This place sells used car parts not scrap metal. Ive bought parts here plenty of times. Please dont tell me oh the metal prices have gone down when I know youll take the 3k in brand new parts I have on my car to turn a profit! No problem selling my car for $150 to help others just dont lie about it.

I have a vehicle that is a money pit. As is sits is only worth about $1,200.00. I just want the car gone so I contacted Pull N Save and they offered me $250 if I deliver and $200 if they pick it up. I said I would get back to them after I discuss with husband. I called the next morning and a woman answered and said my offer was now $150 if i deliver and $100 if they pick up. I was shocked and demanded to speak to mgr. She said Well thats the price, let me know, no one else in the office has authority to offer more. I called back about a week later to try to reach man who offered $250 and he answered. He offered to get the car and scheduled it to be picked up between 9am-12pm today. No one has showed.. I called and left message on voicemail. How unorganized can they all be? They low balled me which I allowed because I just want car gone but then to deal with all this drama is next level dumb. They are making this situation much more complicated than it needs to be!

Always friendly service. We have sold a couple of cars to them and have been very happy with how simple simple of a process it is. They are always quick to get their customers taken care of. It is clean and organized.

They never know what parts they have in stock. Waste of time.

A Junkyard that actually has photos of their vehicles and has actually good prices!?!? So much better than others.Pulled a $8 Foglight and a $20 Wing mirror and a dozen other plastic pieces I wasnt charged on for my escape.

Don’t waste your time! After you do all the work, they charge for the entrance fee, plus the part, plus the 30 day warranty, plus the core charge, plus the environmental fee. eBay is cheaper and no work required. To top that off, employees are rude.

I personally had a horrible experience with a young lady at the customer service desk. She had a attitude the second me and my boyfriend walked up. Getting past that she had gave us a list of cars that wasnt even a match for the vehicle that we needed a part from. She proceeded to tell is it was our fault and that we had attitudes when we walked up. We only found out that we got the wrong part from AutoZone and the list of cars are had given us was for a similar car with a smaller motor. She continued to argumentive instead of apologizing for giving us the wrong list. Even trying to tell me we had told her the wrong make of the car that I own. I will visit here again. To me one bad apple doesnt spoil the whole tree. But definitely need to watch some of the employees CUSTOMER SERVICE.
