Staff is super nice, (when they answer the phone) emails a bit longer wait rates seem fair THE ROADSIDE ASSITANCE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. had a couple occasions when they did not show or they made me wait for several hours even over night (had to uber home) stranding my car for a simple tire change and when tried to contact Troy he did not respond till 4 days later after emailing me just a few hours prior. At least they do a good job covering accidents. This is just one VERY important part of Car Insurance that should be a strong are unfortunately for Allstate their Roadside assistance sucks.

The girl i talked to said she cancled my plan because she did something wrong but i called friday and it was still on so i talked to another person and they were supposed to cancel it, still on so i have to call monday AGAIN to tell them to cancel so i can get my money back. I dont recommend this insurance at al.

We bought a car in November and the car dealer said if I called these guys for an insurance quote, I would get $500 for a promotion they were participating in even if I didnt convert my auto insurance over to them.  I did call and they werent able to beat my auto insurance, but I did convert one of my properties to them.  After several months of not seeing a check for the $500, I called to inquire about it.  Ron, who works for Troy said he forgot to file the paperwork and it was still sitting on his desk three months later.  He filed the paperwork but it was beyond the date to get the $500 deal.  Ron said it was all his fault but couldnt do anything to make it right.  I tried to transfer to a different Allstate agent but was told that even if I did, Troy would still get the commission because he was who got me to sign up.  So, Troy gets a commission and Im out $500.  I tried several times to contact Troy but no follow up. Being in business myself, if I make a mistake, I will make it right.  Needless to say, although I love Allstate, we will be looking for another insurance company.
