Don’t buy from this agency. This agency sold me home insurance. Looks like insurance doesn’t even cover basic water leak damage. Water was leaking inside wall and it wasn’t visible outside until it started dripping from first floor ceiling. They are now telling me that my insurance is a peril insurance and it doesn’t cover water damage. This is the most common type of damage people can have. Don’t buy from this agency and don’t buy insurance from Farmers. I am learning this in a hard way.

We received a quote estimate in the mail and decided to give Nathan’s office a call. We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of setting up new homeowners insurance and they were much more affordable than our previous plan. Basically the process was seamless from start to finish. I’m only giving 4 stars because I’ve never had a claim so I don’t know how that would go.

Agent Nathan Summers is personable, attentive, and dependable. A pure pleasure to work with. He received 4/5 stars because only once did he not return an email response when asked about the validity of a homeowners policy on a house I had recently sold. Other than that, complete perfection.

The best insurance buying experience I’ve ever had!! My old ins. company was over charging me big time!! When I called Nathan, I got a quote on the spot in minutes which was basically half what I had been paying!! To whom it may concern. I have been asked to rate Farmers response and conduct in the past regarding service to my policy over the past years. I have to say it has been excellent, After shopping other different companies i feel the cost of premiums are fair and the best rates available with my situation.. I did look into other cut rate companies to save on, and reduce my insurance requirements, due to my being retired and on a fixed income, and on a limited budget. I decided that switching to a lower cost company would put my dependable benefits at risk. I have had accidents occur involving my home as well as my car. Each occurance of course was a worry and stress. The most extreme recent catastrophe was due to a flooded downstairs. Farmers, their agency, and representatives were wonderful in restoring and even improving on the condition of the house. Love my agent! Had Geico in the past (which was cheap), but try to get a claim paid and youll realize youve been wasting your money. Ive been working with Nathan for 5 years.
