I took a watch in for resizing. The 3 employees present were an absolute delight.I was in the store about 15 minutes while the young lady confidently added links and fitted me to perfection, even though I did not buy the watch from them. (This was such a different experience from a popular jewelry store on Williams Rd. where I experienced rudeness and dismissal. )Thank you Kay Jewelers for your presence in Georgetown and your exceptional customer service!

Purchased a pair of earrings online. When I went into the store to pick up I realized they were smaller than I expected. The sales rep helped me pick out a different size but I was unable to exchange for 24 hours due to my online order having to be finalized before she could make the exchange. She let me know she would put the earrings on hold for me to come back and pick up. When I came back to get the earrings I was informed the ones placed on hold had been sold and they would not have another pair for 3 days. I would not recommend this coming here. The level of customer service I received was terrible. I was lied to by the sales rep and then brushed off by the manager when I came back in. I won’t be coming back here.

Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to find what we were looking for. No pressure sale and very relaxed atmosphere. I would shop here again even though it was a farther drive for me.

I would like to give management and staff at least 4 stars. However, their finance arm, Comenity bank has brought my rating down. If you Google search reviews of Comenity one will find their ratings and customer satisfaction beyond poor. I agreed to 6 months same as cash financing, my Fiancee as a witness. After 6 months I reviewed my account and realized I was paying interest, a considerable amount. It could be the salesperson did not process as a promotional finance option, but still, the customer should not be subject to paying interest, no one would knowingly open an account like this with their interest rates. My advice? Secure your own financing. Comenity bank does not deserve the business.

My husband and I have bought several pieces of jewelry here over the past couple of years. We went back in this past week to get a band. Sherry and Matt went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and then to make it work for us. Its that kind of service that will keep us coming back for years to come!

Never contacted me when my ring was ready to be picked up. They said they called and that it was their protocol to leave a voicemail. They shut me down when I tried to press the issue. I guess they missed the part where I wouldnt have had to call them and figure out where my ring was if they had actually left a voicemail. Lots of attitude when I called and when I picked up the ring. Will definitely be going back to the Cedar Park store instead. I came to the Georgetown one out of convienence but it is not worth it.

I was looking for a gift at the roundrock outlet which they didnt have they were such a great help though, they made a couple of calls and found the gift I was looking for at wolf ranch. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The people were friendly when I dropped off my ring to be sized, they said it would take 10 days, its.been 13 and I get an attitude when I call asking about it, way to treat a customer who spent $5,000+ there.
