Warm and welcome from the moment I entered. Never having looked for hearing help I know that I had many silly questions but I found Della to be extremely helpful in describing what was going to happen and then in discussing the results along with my options. Having been in the service industry myself for years, I cant imagine a better experience.

Kudos to Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Sladek. You guys are just awesome. As a military veteran, the service you have provided me is above what anyone could ever ask for. It took me 3 1/2 months to get an appointment with the VA about my hearing loss. I even provided then a copy of a hearing test done in October 2020 from an outside source. After leaving my appointment it took another month to receive my new hearing aids - In the mail. I had difficulty in pairing them to my iPhone and had many questions. I just walked into the Georgetown Office in Wolf Ranch and WOW the rest is just history. No back and forth trips to the Temple VA for help. Such an amazing experience. Della and Marlo are top notch. She explained everything in great detail leaving no questions unanswered. I was fitted with a new pair of hearing aids that fit my needs. They have truly changed my life as I hear things I havent heard in years.

Della and her assistant have always been very helpful and courteous with any problems with my hearing aides. Also Della has helped me many times with the programs on my cell phone which control the hearing aids. I have been extremely pleased with my hearing aids and the service I receive from the staff at this location ever since. When I need service or assistance of any kind all I have to do is call them during their office hours and they make arrangements for me to come in and get my needs taken care of.

Its nice to come in for any questions or adjustments that are needed at no cost. Very quick service and pleasant atmosphere. These devices are a pleasure to use and easy to adjust in any sound situation I encounter.

I can’t say enough about the two people that I have seen at this location since 2016. They feel better than family sometimes. They are both so professional and boy the service is superior!Marla takes responsibility for the front office answering the phone and scheduling appointments.Della handles all of the testing and making sure that the prescription for your hearing is accurate. I am wearing my second pair based on the changing of technology. She doesn’t miss a thing. She recommended a little box that charges the hearing aid batteries and oh my goodness it is absolutely the best. Sometimes my hearing aides would require changing the battery while driving on the freeway and that was very annoying! I put the batteries in the charger at night and never hear that noise to change the batteries.This is a wonderful place to check to see if you could hear better. It also helps the brain not to deteriorate with hearing loss. Please call and go see them. Don’t be embarrassed no matter what age you are. Your life is precious and you can live it to the fullest hearing better.Some insurance will help pay for them and they have access to wonderful places to make a loan with no interest if paid off before expiration date. I cant say enough of the staff at the Georgetown location. My mom is their customer and her hearing aid was lost in the hospital as she continues to recover from covid. My whole life has changed because of my Miracle Ear experience with Della Davis. I went to Miracle Ear in Georgetown for a hearing test. Even though I did not have a hearing loss I would come back and recommend them to my family and friends. I have needed a pair of hearing aids for awhile now, and am fully aware that they are a major $$ investment. I decided that I would check out three different companies prior to purchasing a pair to compare quality, cost, comfort and care.I was first fitted with a pair of top of the line Oticon hearing aids from my ENTs office. I wore them for a week, before making my appointment with Miracle Ear. Katherine, at Miracle Ear, surprised me by asking some different questions and actually performed more tests than the Audiologist at the ENTs office. I was given more information about my hearing loss, and noticed right away that the tinny and background noise that I was experiencing wearing the Oticons was no longer present wearing the Miracle Ear Aids. I left their office interested, but stating I still had one more place to visit (to make my three options) and would let them know.After having made my third choice appointment for the following week, I went back to the ENTs office for my first follow-up. When I left that appointment, I realized I just wasnt as comfortable or hearing as well as I had expected. This started me thinking about the instant comfort and sound I experienced with the Miracle Ear brand, the thorough examination, and how there are Miracle Ear offices all over the USA. Since we travel often, I liked that there would be a store that I could go to if I was having any issues. I also appreciated the fact that if I wanted to upgrade the aids, because of future tech improvements, I could upgrade with Miracle Ear using their trade-in option. All of these things were important to me and not an option with the ENTs office. So, I returned to Miracle Ear and sat down with Darla to discuss my questions and concerns. I ended up making an appointment for the following week to purchase my hearing aids.Ive now worn the Miracle Ear aids for two weeks and have had no problem adjusting to them. Im wearing them for more than twelve hours a day. I love the convenience of the rechargeable battery, the TV connection directly into my hearing aids so that it is not necessary to have the sound on in the room, and, of course, the fact that I can hear conversations!Needless to say I returned the Oticon hearing aides and cancelled the appointment for the other trial. I am very glad I purchased the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid. I have had absolutely no issue getting comfortable with these aids, I dont even know I have them in my ears. The product, training, service, and excellent staff, make this a great place.Do your homework, but for me, Miracle Ear was the right choice.
