I’ve rented a box here for about eight months. They text and email me every time I receive a package so I know to go pick it up. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will continue to rent here because of the convenience and customer service.

This is a great place to get quick and courteous service. Im here about 3 times per week mailing packages, making copies, and shredding. The staff is efficient and well trained.

Ive never had any problems with the personnel or reaching this location. Ladies employed there are always, caring, professional and hot as hell. A pleasure to stand in line sometimes just to stare at them, Ha ha.

This store is wonderful. I mail weekly care packages to my daughter in Miami. Ive been doing this for over a year. Ever since she moved there. I bring my packages here. They are always FAST! Theyve never made a mistake. I was going to fly to Miami for Christmas. I had 3 large suitcases already packed with wrapped Christmas packages. When at the last minute my daughter wouldnt let me fly because of Covid. So I went to this store & rolled in 3 suitcases full of presents. They transferred all of them to large boxes for me. I was very impressed. They didnt even get made at me for creating a line. And Ive never had a problem with delivery. Thanks UPS!

This location is first rate. They must have excellent management. Every new employer is skilled, happy and efficient. Their customer is superior to the other locations in Georgetown. I highly recommend.

Always professional, always patient. Only wish ingress and egress were a bit easier. Even better, perhaps consider relocating to new HEB at Reagan and Hwy 29 sometime next year? Just a thought, for what its worth.

The worst experience, I will never use this store again. I had to return a package. This employee Sabel a young lady was already frustrated with the transaction of another customer. I asked her to tape my box and she was so rude and unprofessional with a horrible attitude. Please owner of this UPS, hire people with more customer services skills. this behavior shouldn’t be acceptable at all.

I use the UPS store on University St in Georgetown. I am always treated respectfully and with a warm welcome. I tend to use UPS more since Covid because I feel very comfortable with the precautions that they take for my safety.

There are two UPS stores in GTX. The employees at the UPS Store on University are awesome!! They are respectful, pleasant and seem to genuinely like their job and helping people. I go out of my way to visit The UPS Store #5573.

This is the UPS Store you want to choose if you live in the Georgetown Area. If I have any issue, it is that their level of service is so good that they are often quite busy, but it is hard to blame them for that. Really these folks are great.

I was charged a dollar a page for a fax! This is Robbery. I literally wasnt told the cost until the job was under way. I had no other option. How do you justify a dollar a page faxed!!! UPS is literally always my last choice for reasons like that. The lady that worked there could tell I was military and gave me a discount (still was excessivein cost). That saved this from being a one star review. Customer service only goes so far in the face of corporate greed.

Christmas mailing, Ugh!! I drove past the Post Office and the parking lot was PACKED! I drove over the new UPS store, walked in, no line. Super friendly clerk at the counter weighed my package, I bought stamps and was out the door in less than 10 minutes!!Great service and quick!!

There was only one person in front of me even though it was December 21. The young man who waited on me was cheerful and polite. I was pleased with the service like always and will definitely continue to use UPS as my first choice for shipping.

Needed two volumes of readers for a class at Southwestern University. I called and reserved both copies, but when I showed up, they only gave me one, however at that time I paid for both. I was not made aware of the second volume until 3 months later when I called the store and they told me that they did have it. Make sure you check exactly what you need to walk out of the store with, don’t be like me.

We used the Georgetown UPS office for a recent shipping for our estate sale business (REMEMBER THIS Estate Sales) and everything was handled flawlessly. Alex was very patient with our many questions 😊. We will definitely use them again!

I mailed 1 return , 1 fully packed , and one that UPS need to pack. Mind you it was POURING RAIN. The top present got wet and the UPS agent was so nice to tape up all wet spots so paper would not tear. It was a great experiance. No line and great customer service. Im going to UPS for all my shipments.
