Amazing work - I cant even begin to describe how much of a difference this made in our tile and grout that had NEVER been professionally cleaned in 20 years. We bought our home 2 years ago and I wish we wouldnt have waited. Mike and Amy are an incredible team, professional, detailed, and really care about the quality of work. We had a date set up for Mike and Amy to redo our garage floor last Spring 2020. Mike injured his foot and we had to post pone our garage floor until the Fall 2020. I have reached out to them both with emails and phone calls over a 5 week period with no response from them. They dropped us like a hot potato. If they arent interested in working our garage floor just tell us so we can move on. We thought they would like the business. I guess not!

This team is so professional, efficient, friendly, and strait forward. My floors look phenomenal and they listened to exactly what I wanted! Amy was extremely friendly and talked with me about scheduling, pricing, care after floors were finished. Would use again 10/10!

Let me start by saying what a difficult task we had for Mike & Amy, owners of Viking Decorative Concepts. Our home was built in two different sections five years apart. The concrete slab of the first section was finished with a brown acid stain. The second section had a white acrylic? coating. Our plan was to have a darker brown stain with consistent color and sheen throughout the house. Mike nailed it!We moved things into one side of the home at a time so we could stay at home while Mike & his assistant Devin worked on the vacant side. Mike & Devin helped move the heavy items making the job so much easier.After initially thinking we wanted acid staining in both parts of the home, Mike was able to come up with a plan to use acetone based stains instead. That allowed them to customize the color to our exact preference. Another great benefit of their approach is to use wet grinding to prepare the floors. No dust everywhere – what a blessing! Mike and Devin worked quietly and efficiently. We hardly knew they were there – except when they asked us if we were satisfied with the color.Anyone who has dealt with contractors will appreciate knowing that Mike & Devin always came when they said they would. They even sent us a text when they were 10 – 15 minutes out. Considering their business is well over an hour from our home in Johnson City, and the morning traffic they faced in Austin, we find that especially commendable.Mike is knowledgeable about the chemicals and techniques to clean, restore and stain concrete, stone, and wood. When we saw what Mike could do we asked him to do more. He is now cleaning and polishing a 150 year old marble top from a family heirloom piece. Mike really seems to enjoy what he does. He is creative in his approach to each job.In summary, Mike and his team are accommodating, businesslike, and a pleasure to work with. Amy is especially good at preparing a comprehensive estimate, and at follow up communication throughout the job. Did we also mention that they are reasonable in cost, and stick with their estimate? We highly recommend them for your next home or commercial space renovation project.

These guys did an amazing job on the floors in our church. They were knowledgeable, professional, kind and fast. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mike and Amy!

Great service. Arrived on time and did a great job! We had smoke and soot damage on the front of our limestone fireplace. After cleaning and sealing it looks like new.

Mike and Amy were very professional and accommodating to our schedules. We had them stain the concrete in our bedroom and bathroom (which turned out Awesome!). They also touched up our existing stain of our entire downstairs. They cleaned the original stain (done by someone else) and not only made it look great, but actually gave it a shine that it never had before. We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail. Mike made it a point to touch up the slightest imperfections to our approval. I also appreciate his repetitive directions on maintaining and protecting the floor during the curing time. They left us with a care guide. Im very picky when it comes to making changes to my house that you will see everyday. So I will say that I highly recommend them to anyone and will look forward to having them update us in the future.Ryan Holland

We purchased our home a few years ago and it had what we thought were “dingy” concrete floors in the entire downstairs level. After meeting with Mike and Amy for our initial consultation, they explained that what we thought was just a bad “color” was actually years of neglect and grunge. The previous owners had not cared for the floor properly. Mike & Amy cleaned it thoroughly and added new stain color to help liven it up a bit. Unfortunately the original floor was not poured well so after the deep cleaning, imperfections popped up. They listened to our concerns and TRULY “got” the vision I had for the floor. They came up with a “Plan B” that turned out absolutely STUNNING!!! They poured a microtop layer over the original floors which gave Mike a blank canvas to work his artistic “magic”. The end result?! Fabulous; simply and incredibly FABLOUS!!! We wanted that “beachy vibe” and you literally feel like you’re walking on a dark sand beach. It’s just BEAUTIFUL!!! I can’t BEGIN to say enough wonderful things about this company and its owners! Even though our floors offered challenge after challenge – Mike and Amy listened to us and resolved every concern completely! They are professional, FUN, extremely talented, thorough, excellent communicators, and stand by their promise of complete customer satisfaction 200%. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to have them in our home. I can’t WAIT to work with them again on our outdoor areas!
