I was having issues with my MacBook Air not charging properly and holding a charge. According to the technician my hard drive was wet. I didn’t use my laptop for months and kept it in a dry area so I was confused by that. They estimated the repair to be nearly $400. I took my laptop to another technician who didn’t understand and make sense of this company diagnostic results. The other technician I went to did his own diagnostic test and updates on my laptop and now it is working perfectly fine and I ended up paying $40. Glad I went to a different place and trusted my instinct.

I brought my old iPhone 5c in to these guys needing a new charging port. Came back after waiting a while and they said it was just dirty, so they cleaned it out and didnt even charge me a dime. Great service

Brought my iPhone in for a screen repair. The website says repairs are done in 30 minuets, I was quoted 4 hours when I arrived. If it is going to take 4 hours just be honest with your customers and put it on your site so we can plan accordingly.Less than 1 hour after repair my phone went black. I tried to call them but they were already closed. The next morning I called them and spoke to a really rude woman who started yelling at me for demanding my money back.Overall I would not recommend them, very unprofessional and money hungry.

Emailed in about some issues I was having with an iMac computer...got a prompt response with recommended solutions and a cost.Took the iMac in and they told me the turn around time would be a few days. After a few days, I got a call stating that my machine was ready. Right on time. My iMac is faster than ever and all my issues were fixed.I highly recommend Longhorn Mac Repair and will gladly use them in the future for any of my needs.

Brought my Macbook Pro into this location to see if it could be fixed (its 10 years old so didnt know if it would be worth it). Come to find out, just needed a ribbon cable replaced and nothing else was wrong. Quick fix, great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, and just a great experience all around. I have had work done with this location and the Pflugerville office. Would not hesitate to send friends and family to them for any Apple repair!!!

I had a booting issue with my Mac which was relatively new. I took it to two different places including Apple store. Both stores estimate more then 700 dollar to fix it as it was hardware issue which they said. I was little skeptical that it will be fix but I took my laptop at Longhorn but they proved me wrong , just in 30 dollar now laptop is again new. Thank you longhorn :)
