I just had Ortiz Pro Wash clean a second home for me. Roof, siding, drive way, the whole nine yards. They did a fantastic job, on time and top quality. They kept the jobsite organized and demonstrated attention to detail. Once complete, they followed up with contacting me to insure my satisfaction. Old school customer service. Nice to see it still exists. I highly recommend them.

Upon giving service date, due to weather he was not sure if there would be a delay. I used a power wash company from Georgetown, DE a few months, but it was not operating under this name ...maybe they are the same. Anyways, Ortiz Pro Wash seems to think they operate at my residential addresses, at least that is what they are telling Google. I have received Google address verifications at two of my properties for Ortiz and I just saw them listed on Google maps as operating from one of them. I have asked Google to remove the association with my address. I also saw Ortiz Pro Wash is listed as operating at other addresses in Millsboro (one has a Verizon sign on it), so who knows whats they are up to.

I never write reviews but I had to for Ortiz Pro Wash. They were professional, polite and proficient. Easy to get an appointment and there when they said they would be. My house never looked so good! They even unclogged a downspout and washed my screens. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service showed up and a little pick up to give me an estimate and said he could do it today. Shook hands and agreed-upon it the price was fair to me. We never thought the house was dirty on the outside after only 3 years but we were proven wrong. When Ortiz Pro wash was done it was amazing the difference. The gutters and down spouts are I think cleaner than the day we bought 3 years ago. My wife wants to schedule them for next year already. The best part is the windows. We have windows that face south and are always streaked, well no longer. The concrete drive and paver extension had stains from cars. They cleaned all that and more. THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

We highly recommend Ortiz Pro Wash!!!! Our house is over 100 years old and is sided with cedar clapboard siding, most of which is original. We have always washed it by hand but as we have gotten older that is just too big of a job. At some point in the houses history someone used a power washer on it and destroyed some of the original siding. When we met with Oseas Ortiz he assured us that his softwash process would not damage the siding in any way. He took the time to explain the difference between the softwash process and a power washer (he is very knowledgeable about his service). We decided to give is a shot and the end result was no less than spectacular. The softwash process did a beautiful job with no damage whatsoever....even on the leaded glass windows! The house looks as if it has just been painted and it took him only a couple of hours where it used to take us a week!Ortiz Pro Wash was terrific to work with.
