Nick and his team are the best contractors that I’ve worked with in Myrtle Beach. His team did great work, showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The roof that was installed looks like it was part of the original construction and the ceiling turned out beautiful. I would recommend NorthStar to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor and we are definitely going to use Nick and his team for future remodeling work on the inside of our house

We hired Nick and team to repair and make our condo livable again for our tenant. I wish working with other contractors was as pleasant as it is with Nick. Everything was done over the phone as we live 6hrs away. We had photos from the start to the finish line and great communication along the way. We will always use Nick going forward as he is trustworthy and an all around good person and takes a lot of stress out of the situation.

I Can not say enough how great nick and his crew r. We had another company come in to do a remodel on our bathroom and needless to say that was a mistake, they messed up the bathroom so bad and we thought for sure we were never gonna get it fixed. Well then we found north star restoration and bam they made my mess look like pros had did the whole bathroom I am thanking them so much for we had been without a shower for two month. These guys all were so polite and kind and paid very close attention to make sure my fur babies were not under foot,I can not express enough how great this company is. Again nick and the crew thanks so much. Nick and his crew remodeled our kitchen, cut down a serving bar to counter height, new lighting, tv wall mount, new dining room and breakfast room lighting fixtures, electrical outlets , painting etc. very professional. Love my new kitchen

In the process of selling my home I needed work done on the exterior of the house. Nick and his assistant were able to do a clean, timely repair, and replacement of fascia boards. If I ever need contractors assistance again, he would be the first I would call, and never look back. I highly recommend North Star Renovations.

Nick and his crew are awesome! Toilet leak lead to a rotted floor. Nicks crew fixed the floor, laid new tile, replaced the tub and vanity. Great, clean job. Not the cheapest guy out there but you get what you pay for. No issues at all since Northstar fixed my bathroom. They left my home clean. No issues. I am hiring them again for additional work. One of the most honest contractors in the Grand Strand area!!!

I knew that Nick was the right person for the job as soon as I met him and wasn’t disappointed. He completed remodeling work in 2 bathrooms and some electrical work and some installation work in my kitchen. Nick is friendly, polite and was very responsive every time I contacted him. There were a few challenges and he addressed and resolved them all. He will definitely be our go to guy here in South Carolina.

Nick and his crew did two separate jobs for us. The first involved replacing the entire front of our house and deck due to wood rot. They replaced everything right down to the studs and repainted everything. This was a raised two story beach house in August. Work was first rate and done on time. Job site was cleaned every night. They also worked closely with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The second job was smaller, covering a tray ceiling with one made of tin tiles. Once again, job was timely and looked great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Nick and his team did a fantastic job on our shower remodel. Nick was thorough, communicated clearly and kept things moving. He was also flexible with timing. The finished product is beautiful.

Nick and crew turned a three sliding glass door siding covered and screened door sunroom with vinyl windows into a showplace, one French door instead of three sliding doors, real glass windows instead of vinyl. sheetrock walls and a real metal outside door instead of a screened door. They even washed the new windows and scrubbed the floor. All on time and on budget. I would highly recommend NorthStar Renovations to anyone who wants a professional remodeling job.

We contacted Nick at Northstar for an estimate on a renovation job at our home. He arrived on time and was thorough when reviewing the items we needed completed, his quote for the job was priced well and while we didnt go with Northstar at this time, we are definitely using them on future renovations that we have scheduled.
