I usually drop my car and come back as I dont like to wait. The employees had great attitude, were friendly and everyone was hard at work. My previous visit (few months ago) did not go as well. With everyone being short staffed things are so very difficult. But, this visit was much more upbeat and friendly.

Meh. Started out fine. Then at the end it suddenly dumped a bunch of green foam on the car right before the dryer. The guys who wiped down barely wiped it down, and when I asked the guy about the foam, he just said I dunno. Ill tell them.Lots of streaks left when I checked it after I left.

Car wash is awesome. Free vacuum and window cleaner with microfiber towels to use. The service is faster than jiffy lube and more knowledgeable.

I went in for a simple oil change. The guy that did the oil change was very knowledgeable and he got the job done fast. He informed me of other problems I had, which I already knew about. That let me know he was good at what he did. I will deffentaly recommend them to others.

I took my new vehicle by today due to unexpected scratches in the paint from A DIFFERENT car wash. Wesley the manager looked at the vehicle and set up a time to ha e them buffed out. Very professional and extremely personable. Thor, who performed the waxing, did an amazing job. Also very personalbe and professional. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Unfortunately for this location there are 4 bays and each has a sign that clearly says wait for attendant.Waited about 15 minutes at Bay 4 (far right entry) and watched 3 different vehicles be placed before me. No sign any where says that line starts far Left. No one in line when I pulled up.When asked about why I was ignored the bad attitude attendant explained to get over in the far left lane and wait.Negative attitude, lack of accountability and attention to procedure is enough for me not to except their free oil change offer.I hope they learn from this and improve the attitude of the team member and pay more attention to the next client in line.

I got a same day inspection on a Saturday and a good, complimentary car wash for a great total price, but hardly anyone was wearing a mask.

I received a state inspection and was helped by Thor and he was beyond the most professional and nicest employee I have ever came across ever! This guy deserves a raise and I will certainly be returning for all of my vehicle repairs! Thank you Thor!

Ive been a customer here for a couple of years and love this place. Theyre quick, and offer a free carwash when you get an inspection, oil change, ect. I had a small issue recently and they did not hesitate to make it right. These are good people focused on taking care of their customers.

They were so nice and polite. Nice and clean area.. Had an appointment but got there early. First time there,,,,took it right in and done in no time. Me and my husband will keep going here..And I will pass the word definitely.

Whats more to love about free vacuums? You dont even have to be a member or get a wash in order to recieve such a blessing! The whole crew is awesome, oil changes are fast and the car wash works like a beast and I say that in a good way! If you received bad service 9 times out of 10 youre the one who made it difficult, this is The Best car wash in Georgetown! I vouch for it! 🥰

Fast service at great prices. The battery died on my vehicle, and their installed price was less expensive than I could buy the battery itself for from any of the local auto parts stores.Even with a line for state inspections that was about 12 cars deep, they were able to get me in and out in under a half hour.

Had my oil changed and got a free car wash. Staff was friendly and efficient. My entire visit was about 20 minutes.

Love this place!! Friendly staff from the gal who prints my ticket for my monthly unlimited car wash to the guys who dry my car. When the wash missed a bit of soap On my vehicle he wanted to put it through for me a second time but I was in a hurry so he made sure to hand wash it off himself quickly so I could get on down the road. That only happened one time at a bar at least six months that I’ve been going there minimum three times a week. Thank you Dallas for catching it And having my car is best interest in mind. He always has a smile on his face when I see him and always got a tip these guys out because no matter what you could always count on a smile and a beautiful car as I drive out of their lot.

Nothing quick about this place if you want an inspection done. Sit and watch many vehicles come in after you and get serviced and leave while your car just sits. Go somewhere else.

This place damaged my car in their car wash and refused to acknowledge it. The manager was extremely belligerent and profane. I am now forced to attempt to reach the businesss owner. Use this place at your own risk!

Due to the current corona issue...finding a place that has a certified inspection technician on hand was difficult...they ARE here! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help out! *The free car wash is a nice bonus too! Lol*

The guy that helped me lied and charge me way to much money and my car was not fixed the proper way called back to complain and he got on the phone asking what you want me to do i told you the problem might get fixed and might not no thats not right

Needed State Inspection. I was the only car in line in the State Inspection lane. Drove up to where the sign says Stop and Wait for Attendent... staff walk around ignoring me, passing by never saying a word, not a wave of the hand, never even acknowedged I was there.Wont ever be back.... a simple wave and well be right with you wouldve sufficed. I will never return to be ignored and have Bad customer service.Rapid Express across the street will also get my Car Wash business from now on.

I trust them with my 55 Ford Fairlane Victoria every year when I get it serviced and inspected.

We regularly use this location for vehicle inspections and car washes. Disclaimer: we have not used them for other services. Vehicle inspection is no-nonsense and has never been shady like some of the other smaller places you can go. We own five vehicles, so we have some experience. Every time you get an inspection you get a free basic car wash. We tried it out a few months ago and have used it several times since then. You just drive up, hand them your free paper, and a friendly staff member will ring you up, tape your back wiper down and youre off. Sometimes during peak hours the line can be a few cars deep, but it typically moves fast. Theres another staff member at the front of the wash tunnel who guides you onto the track and scrubs down the back of the vehicle. The wash is pretty good and there are guys at the end who towel off your car with microfiber cloths. Not bad for a quick, convenient car wash.

Poor customer service but did a great job

I took my car in for a state inspection this morning (8/11/20). I only saw one employee wearing a face mask. With the continued rise in COVID-19 cases in Williamson County, I would expect employees to be more aware. This people are in customer’s cars and in close proximity to them. Very disappointing! I have gone to this KwikKar location many times so was sad to see such disrespect of other people.

Pulled up for an inspection. I was greeted immediately. The took my car at once. It had to be 5-10 minutes and I was finished. Fast service. Car passed. Friendly staff.

I go for my inspections. I am never there for more than half an hour or so. They employees are friendly and they have coloring books and a small basket of toys for kids as well as a popcorn machine and coffee station for customers while they wait. They also have windows leading to the car wash for anyone who likes to watch that, whoch my kids love. I have never had any issues.

Had to go through twice and it still didnt get the dark dusty film off low. I think Ill go down the road back to the Wash Tub. They dont do anything interior. Not what I was expecting.

I had a less than great experience with a dude named Sergio. It took me a day to get a car inspection when all it needed was a fuse. That being said they gave him my car wash pass which was pretty cool. The car wash is really good.

Claimed to not have enough people on hand to hook a code scanner up to my vehicle to tell me the code for my check engine light when I stopped for an oil change. I was unaware that a hand held code scanner required more than one person to operate. Will no longer use this location. Unfortunate since previous visits were actually very positive.

Took my car in for an inspection. They said it was missing fuses including abs and fog lights. My 2008 Toyota Corolla does not have Abs. Then said they couldnt check emmissions. Took it into dealership no problems. Passed ..no missing fuses.

Always helpful. As a woman, I dislike these kinds of places, I often feel taken advantage of. But not here.

Lube side: Fair full synthetic pricing and good service. The BG products are a big boost for me to bring my services here as the warranty they provide is amazing!Wash side: I bring all my vehicles here for detailing and monthly car washes. The wash prices are fair but the monthly pass is amazing if you have the time to bring your vehicle in weekly.

Was in for myvstate inspection and was in and out in no time even with a line of other cars.

My car was making an awful noise when I drove it. It was brand new and I was frustrated. I called Kwik Kar and they saw me immediately. It was a rock stuck between my brake pad and something else. They didn’t charge me anything! They made a very frustrated girl the happiest girl!

Went to Kwik Kar Wednesday and needed an inspection in order to get my license plate renewal. Was met by a well mannered and friendly service rep who advised it would be 45 minutes. I was okay, but pleasantly surprised when he was finished in less than 30 minutes. I use the monthly fee car wash there and have my oil changed. I continue to be more than pleased with the service, prices, and friendly staff and management.

My trailers tire was COMPLETELY flat. I was in a hurry so I stopped by here for air. It was 7:58. I saw the store manager (so said his shirt) and asked him if I could get some air really quick. He was standing outside doing nothing and the doors in the back were open. He said we arent open till 8. You can get air at 8. Just seems kinda ridiculous and a lack of care. He also needs to get his teeth cleaned.

Called this location and was told no appointment necessary and no more than a 30 minute wait for an oil change. Show up less than 20 minutes later and get asked if I have an appointment and told the wait is 90 minutes to 2 hours if you are a walk in?? Waste of time.

We got car tires elsewhere and went here for alignment ... that they didnt charge us for bc they put it on the system and the car didnt need it. 😃😃😃😃 One time they fixed our car on a Sunday afternoon. Another time the car died in the gas station next door and the KK carwash guys helped my husband push it to KK to get fixed (new top brand battery w warranty). Free vacuuming. Quick oil changes and inspections and we get a free car wash when they do something we pay for (understandably not for the alignment we didnt need). Also $5 basic car washes on Fridays. Free water, coffee sometimes popcorn for customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. The staff is very cordial.

Good place for car wash and oil changes and inspections. They have free wifi. Reasonably fast and friendly. They usually give you a free car wash with an inspection. A bit pricey, but good service.

Great for monthly wash package at attached Soapy Suds. I go 20 times a month. Only $20 for middle wash monthly package. Free to use vacuums and detail towels and Windex too. A must for families and ride share drivers as well

I recently visited this location and had the worst experience at a car wash Ive ever had. I began going to the vacuums and tried to vacuum my car and the vacuum on one side was very low suction and the other didnt even work . The customer rags were black and dirty looked like they hadnt been washed in a week. I approached the front to purchase my wash and a short stalky Hispanic man and wasnt any help at all he didnt care about me the customer and was too busy worried about a car he was detailing in the back. I purchased the Shine and Protect wash and got guided into the wash. The soap bucket they were using on my car wasnt even soap it had foam at the top and it was completely black water. They scrubbed the front windshield of my car and the back of my car and sent me through the wash. I was supposed to get 2 coats of soap and only received one in the middle of the wash. I came out and the dryer began drying my car with a wet rag leaving streaks on my windshield. It left some soap on the back of my car and just proceeded to wipe it off with rag and thats bad for the paint. I got home and looked at my car and it had water spots on the back windshield and water spots on the chrome of my car. The employees and managers obviously dont care about the customer and this place is run terribly. With non working equipment and lack of customer service and care. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Easy and quick place to get a vehicle inspection. Plus, you get a free car wash for doing so.

Ive only visited once to get my truck inspected ($18.00). I was there maybe 20 mins and everyone was really sweet. My daughter really like the coloring books and the window that showed the cars being washed. I also got a coupon for a free car wash which I used the next day!

Great place. They did a full inspection and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. As other places do. They also gave me a free car wash at the end. Stays open late on Saturday.

Worst experience. The car wash guy let the bottom of my car scrap from pulling into the wash. He didnt direct me into it and awful customer service

You cant beat Kwik Kar when you need a speedy and affordable car wash. They dont get off every smudge, but they do a pretty fine job. You should know they dont do any cleaning inside the car, only on the outside, but hey offer free vacuums, rags, and cleaner to use at the end of your wash. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Went in for a last minute vehicle inspection on a friday afternoon after stopping at 3 other places and getting turned away. They were able to do the job and were done in around 20 minutes. Their waiting area is quite comfortable with ample seating. I will be going back!

Cars do not get cleaned very well here and the towels they use to dry off your vehicle put scratches in your clear coat. Any place that cant keep their towels clean is a no no. Ive seen employees drop rags on the ground and then pick them up and continue to dry a vehicle. Most paint jobs wont have visible clear coat scratches unless it is a darker color such as a dark pearl or maroon. But the time you save by taking it to Kwik Kar for a wash may end up costing you in detail work later on to remove heavy clear coat scratches. Dont get me wrong, the employees are nice, but i recommend you wash your vehicle yourself if you have a nice paint job.

Im in from out of town and my car is having major issues. Johnny went above and beyond test driving my car, explaining what is wrong and offering options, none of which are even available here. Amazing customer service!! Thank you.
