I left an honest review of services and since then I have two more things to add. I cancelled my policies in writing in March as their office told me todo if I was ending. About a week ago the office person Raquel tried to collect payments on the policies I cancelled.In addition the owner replied to my last review. I think she was trying to shame me by saying I have a dog breeding business. I do not breed dogs. Nice way to try to get me to take down a review. Face it the office women are incompetent I could go on and on about details but there is too much and there is no way to shut me up.

Quotes are fast but it’s the only thing. I called three times about the same issue and each time I was told they would handle it that day and call me back. I don’t know if it ever got handled because I never once got a call back. One person there wrote to say I had to pay my insurance that day or be cancelled. I knew I made my payment on time. Turns out they were trying to get me to pay insurance on my dead x-husband’s car after I had sent in his death certificate. I truly believe they are a ship of fools. Most recently I wrote to cancel insurance on a property I sold and asked for an acknowledgment. I had to put it in writing according to them. Of course I have not received an acknowledgment and I will have to take the time to call so they can tell me to write and I can tell them I already did. I do not recommend this company for their service after the sale.

They raise fees every year even if you have no accidents and a perfect driving record. When you call their office to ask why they keep raising the monthly bill they always respond with its a state regulation. When pressed further they came back and tried to say that they had a lot of accidents and this caused their rates to go up. If you use this office just be prepared for them to keep raising your monthly rate and giving you the excuse that its because of state increases. In my opinion this offices ethics went all down hill when their main rep Cliff Green left their company. I’ll be looking for new insurance that does not constantly raise rates and blames the state every year. Thats what they train their new reps to say.

He is very patient and knowledgeable, and he definitely leaves no stone unturned when trying to find the best coverage at the best price for his client.This agency s customer service practices harken back to a time when a customer knew the business he patronized valued his business because just a few days after I completed the paperwork for the new policies, I received a handwritten note from Dominic thanking me for my business and a gift certificate to a local business. I am very impressed and so pleased I found Dominic and this tremendous agency.

Very mediocre experience as their client for 1 year. I noticed after initiating a comprehensive liability policy with them for my business that I already had workmens comp coverage through Paychex but when I pointed this out to them midway through my policy they did not decrease my rate. My feeling is that they should have recognized they had more to gain by keeping me as a client long-term than digging their heels in over something trifling and risk losing me as a client (which they did). Additionally, my agent Cliff left them in that time and I felt he was the strongest asset in the relationship.

I would not go any place else for my insurance needs because of Jannas integrity and care. She does the right thing and keeps up with me and what I need. She also understands the need for me to be frugal and works to get me the most insurance for the smallest amount of money. Her staff are friendly and professional.
