One of the worst customer service experiences I have had recently. Before visiting, I called to ask if they would be able to take a look at a Singer machine I inherited. I was already tinkering around with the machine, and ran into a problem when working on the upper threading assembly. Before even communicating the issue I was having with the machine, the representative started spewing assumptions about what I had did to the machine, incorrectly guessing what had happened to it, and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence because the Singer machine was “too old”, and she would not know how to help fix it in the first place. Waste of time and a waste of a trip!

Excellent salespeople always ready to show off machines and help with any issues you may have.
