I own a bulova diamond harley Davidson watch and this was the last store I got my batteries changed at, which was over a year ago. I was in the pool yesterday with my water resistant watch on and I noticed the face was fogging up. So I took it off put it in the sun to help dry it. It didnt and the battery wasnt working so I brought it to another jewelry store since I moved to Florida. There was rust all inside and there was no seal, which was supposed to be there. Fox jewlers forgot to put back my seal and now my watch is completely ruined!!!

Contacted Fox Jewelers to check if they did work on watches/bracelet resizing. Tom let me know they did and told me to come in anytime. Upon arriving, Tom greeted me and started working on my Omega Seamaster right away. He adjusted the bracelet size a couple times so it was precise to my wrist as could be. While he was working on the watch, I walked around the shop and noticed all the beautiful jewelry pieces the store had to offer. Tom let me know my watch bracelet resize was complete and to my suprise, he would take zero payment for it! Absolutely reccomend Fox Jewlerers, very friendly and amazing customer service!!

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Fox Jewelers that it would be a crime to not write one. Tom helped me craft the absolute perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée), was able to stay within my budget, and was even able to get the ring ready before my trip the following week. I had a Heuer watch that was checked and cleaned for free which saved me a few hundred dollars. He only charged me for the batter. I have always had good customer service and trust them with my watch repairs.
